"Our wedding day?" Anne asked to make sure she was hearing things right. Gilbert nodded his head still laying down with his arm curved when Anne laid down.
"You're thinking of our wedding day?" Anne Asked again and Gilbert nodded his head again this time with a little chuckle. Anne smiled at her fiancé, never would've she thought that she'd like Gilbert Blythe this much. Heck she never thought she'd be happy to hear the words married out of his mouth.
"Honestly I've been thinking about it too" Anne confessed as she laid back down into Gilbert's arms. He held her with a small smile . "But I have to finish teaching first . You just got a medical job , when the school years over and your job is over whenever you want it to be . Then we'll be able to plan" Anne smiled in Gilbert's arms feeling safe.
"That sounds like a pretty good plan" Gilbert said with a yawn. Anne looked out the window and her eyes widened.
"I think we have to get up. If anyone saw us they'd kick us out" Anne said with a sigh. Gilbert saw that it was dark out already and nodded to anne. They got up and Anne gave him his shoes .
"Goodnight" "goodnight" the two said and smiled while they kissed each other goodnight. As she closed the door her face expression changed from happy to sad . She just wish they were married so they could sleep in the same bed.

"Good morning students! Since yesterday we finished our book I thought you'd all like to write your own" once Anne said that she could see some smiles in the room and some frowns along with rolling of the eyes.
"You can choose whatever genre you'd like . Make sure it's one you can easily relate to. In two weeks I expect to have at least two chapters on my desk. You can do more and I suggest you do because you'll get more credit" Anne smiled at Brooklyn once she finished her sentence. She sat down on her chair to finish up on marking their essays . She looked up to see everyone working on their stories and smiled . If only they would've done this assignment when she was in school.

Gilbert started taking of his gloves. He had just finished up with stitching up someone's forearm . He put his gloves in the garbage and took his mask off. He couldn't wait to see Anne after his first day of work.
He opened the door to the hospital to see a certain red headed girl sitting on a bench outside the hospital while reading a book. He smiled and chuckled when he saw her. He started to walk over to her but before he got close she looked up and shut her book.
"Gil!" Anne yelled and walked over to Gilbert and hugged him with a laugh. "Oh I'm so glad to see you" Anne smiled and grabbed Gilbert's hand as they walked around New York.

"So how did today go?" Gilbert asked Anne . She looked at him with a big smile. "Today was amazing! I came up with an idea that I wish we could've done when we were in school. They're writing their own book. In two weeks they're all giving me their first two chapters" Anne started to ramble again but Gilbert didn't care. He saw a hotdog cart up ahead and offered Anne one. She nodded her head.
"Here you go" Gilbert grabbed the hotdog and put a napkin underneath it . He gave it to anne and she thanked him. He took his and gave 10 cents to the seller.
" I can't believe it's September already. I have only 4 more months until schools over. Their school ends earlier than most . I'm happy because that means that we can spend more time together and start planning a certain event" Anne hinted to Gilbert with a smile. He turned his head slowly in a surprised expression.
"So now our wedding is called a special event?" Gilbert asked with a little chuckle . Anne nodded her head and saw a bridge coming up on the path. She pointed to it and started to run. She dragged Gilbert along with her giggling the whole way there.
