Chapter 77: "Aggressive Diplomacy or Peaceful Negotiations..."

To catch upon what happened in the last Chapter- "Chapter 76: Royce's 23rd B-Day Celebration," Royce's involuntary actions at 'The Windy City' have resulted in uneasy, and rising (political) tension between the City of War-Fang and The Windy City. Therefore, Vixie, knowing the seriousness of the issue, go straight towards the Windy City in hopes at attempting a peaceful resolution.

Royce: "I swear, of all the days, this has to possibly be the worst?!" Royce said out loud, talking to himself as (if) he was heading to War-Fang's prison. Luckily, for him, Cynthia was walking beside him, unfortunately for him, The Princess was making her landing. Not only did she bring her temper, but Flashie brought quite a few of her Royal Guard's, including Jade, who didn't looked pleased, not one bit.

Flashie: "There you are! Now then, shall we talk politics, or may I get straight to the point," Flashie questioned the 23-Year-Old Human-Dragon Fire-Guardian Mix as he was trying to "consider" some sort of option that would not place himself, but also, the City of War-Fang in peril, let-alone threaten its existence.

Then Flashie decided to (Vehemently) accuse and threaten Royce, where many citizens within War-Fang ear-range could possibly hear the Princess' accusation's against Royce, "Or how about I start informing this City and its residences' of the criminal you are??" When Royce heard what Flashie said, he this seriously, knowing it DEFINITELY WILL damage his hard-earned, well-deserved reputation, especially amongst the City.

Royce: "Can we talk somewhere a bit more, private... please? This isn't really a topic I want an audience for. Please?"

Royce: "Thank you, Flashie, but before beginning with our negotiations, I need to make 2 "important" calls, may I," Royce questioned Flashie as she was beginning to lose her patience, starting to develop some hostility (without visibly expressing her emotions), before letting out a soft sigh, giving Royce an answer as a result, "Thank you, I promise, this will be quick." Royce brings his phone out to make a quick call. As soon as Royce made "his Call," his Captain of the City Guard: Carmelita, picked her phone up, and answered, seeing Royce's ID, and number and Picture.

Carmelita: "Carmelita Fox- I mean "Captain Fox," here- What seems to be the issue now, Royce?" Carmelita Fox said as she addressed herself as Captain before Royce.

Royce: "Political Authority Figure' here, and she is MORE than mighty upset! Not to mention, She's accompanied by her personal bodyguard and the Elite Royal Guard!!" Royce told Carmelita, trying not to sound panicked.

Carmelita: "Must be the Princess of The Windy City," the Captain thought to herself, "Must be really serious," Carmelita came to the conclusion before answering her superior, "I'll be there, and soon. Where am I to meet you, Royce?" The Vixen over the radio, only to be told to meet him in the Vision Room, "10-4, over and out."

Meanwhile, in the Vision Room...

Royce: "Where is she? The Captain is (suppose to be here) 5 minutes ago!" Royce asked loudly in frustration and confusion, knowing that Ms.Fox is rarely late.

Flashie: "Face it Royce, you're stalling; you're only delaying the inevitable. Just confess to your crimes that you happen to commit at my Royal Palace and it'll make things a lot quicker!"
