Tw: Yelling, panic attack, disregard of panic, unsympathetic Patton.

Logan has been working for hours. He was trying to finish a deadline before the next day.

Patton knocks on his door.

"Logan! Finish up and come down for dinner!" He shouts. Logan sends him an affirmation without thinking much about it.

Twenty minutes later, Logan was still working, having forgotten about the dinnertime request.

Patton came back upstairs and knocked on the door again, much louder.

"Logan! Come downstairs!" Patton shouts. Logan jumps, turning to the door.

"I'll be down in a minute! I just need to finish this deadline!" Logan replies. Patton sighs but goes back downstairs.

Twenty more minutes pass and Patton storms back upstairs, slamming Logan's door open. Logan jumps violently, turning to the door.

"What are you doing that's taking so long?!" He shouts. Logan tenses up.

"I-I'm just trying to finish this deadline before tomorrow." He says. Patton snatches it, as Logan tries to grab it back. He reads it over before turning it toward Logan.

"This is more important than spending time with your family?!" He shouts. Logan flinches.

"Yes! Please give it back! I have to finish!" Logan says urgently. Patton glares at him.

"Maybe I'll give it back once you come downstairs!" He shouts, turning and storming back downstairs. Logan stands up, rushing after Patton before his legs give out right next to the doorway.

He leans against the doorway, his hands pushing his glasses up and off as his breath quickens significantly.

Logan feels tears streaming down his face. He whimpers, not able to get air in. He tries tearing his tie off, failing. Logan can faintly hear Patton yelling at him from downstairs.

He presses his hands against his ears, pulling at his hair. All he can hear is his panicked breaths. Why can he still hear yelling?

The yelling gets closer. He can faintly make out what he's saying.

"Just come down and eat dinner! This wouldn't have happened if you just came down the first time I asked you to! You brought this upon yourself!" He shouts. Logan pulls his legs in, his eyes squeezed shut.

He feels someone try to pull him up and he whimpers again, trying to pull away from the grip. The person shouts something, throwing Logan back down.

Logan's panicked breathing continues, as does the yelling.

Then, the yelling dies down. He can still hear Patton talking though.

"You know, I really think you're just faking this so I'll give you your papers back and leave you alone." He says. "It's honestly kind of pathetic."

Logan takes shaky breaths, trying to calm himself down while Patton isn't yelling.

He feels his breaths getting longer, his crying getting lesser.

Patton keeps talking but Logan forces himself to not pay attention. Logan wipes his eyes, sniffing.

After a few minutes, Logan feels around for his glasses and standing up, pushing them onto his face. He doesn't say anything as he walks to his bathroom, locking himself in.

He stares at himself in the mirror. His eyes are red and raw. Tear tracks are running down his face and his hair is a mess, as well as his clothes.

He grabs some toilet paper, wiping his face. He then grabs a small hand towel, running some water on it and wiping his eyes lightly.

"Are you going to the bathroom?" Patton asks. Logan breathes in.

"No." His voice is small and broken.

"Then what are you doing?" Patton asks. Logan doesn't respond.

He continues wiping his face with the towel, hoping that Patton will go away soon.

The doorknob rattles.

"I hope this door opens soon," Patton says. "Maybe I'll just have to get the key from downstairs."

"Please don't..." Logan whispers, too quietly for Patton to hear him.

A few minutes go by and Patton rattles the doorknob again.

"Alright, I'm getting the key." Logan hears Patton walk away. Logan panics and hides behind the shower curtain.

The door unlocks and Patton walks in, pulling the curtains back. Logan jumps.

"Come on, Logan, spend time with your family." Patton snaps, grabbing Logan's arm.

"I'll be down in a minute, just leave me alone!" Logan screams, trying to pull away from Patton's grip

"You have already said that multiple times! Come down now!" Patton shouts, pulling Logan out of the shower with a death grip.

"I don't want to go looking like this! Please, I promise I'll be down in a minute!" He cries out, his arm surely being bruised. Patton stares at Logan for a minute, thinking.

Finally, he drops Logan's arm and he almost falls.

"If you aren't down in 5 minutes, I'm coming back up and it's not going to be very happy." Patton snaps before turning around and walking back downstairs.

Logan quickly closes the door again but doesn't lock it. He knows that he would be in a lot more trouble if Patton came back up to find the door locked again.

He quickly wipes his face with wet pieces of toilet paper until he looks fairly presentable. He then fixes his hair and clothes before quickly rushing downstairs.

Logan sees Patton, Virgil, and Roman sitting on the couch and feels his breathing practically stop. His three fellow sides slowly look up at him.

Roman and Virgil just look shocked. They heard yelling and tried to ignore it but they didn't know it got that bad.

Patton just smiles.

"Come on. I'll give you your papers back after you spend time with us."
