Personality: Ula is smart and brutal. She will kill anyone in her way and is not afraid to backstab at any time. She is kind to her allies and can make friends really easily but once they show some kind of threat to her she will eventually have to kill them. Ula beats all the boys in hand to hand combat in her district with ease. She is very silent when killing tributes and can sneak up on you in seconds without you even knowing and she is almost impossible to sneak up on. Although Ula is tough and seems even a bit mean she has a kind side to her and when she's in a good mood everyone would want to be around her.
Description: Ula has stunning platinum blonde hair that falls downs to her hips but she orders it to be tied up in two braids down her back. She has a slim but healthy body from swimming around in the ocean so many times. Ula is average height for her age, some would even say a bit taller and she has full lips and her cheeks are naturally a pinkish colour. She's definitely one of the prettiest girls in her district sometimes that can help her, especially in the games. Ula has amethyst coloured eyes that nobody can seem to figure out how she got such a beautiful colour. No one else in her district has them and this is why she always thought that she was special in some way. Good or bad.
Family: Ula has a loving father that taught her everything from tying knots to killing with them. She also has two brothers and a sister who have encouraged her to volunteer every year. They know that she can win. Her mother died when she was very young so she didn't know that much about her. But her father always told her that she always wanted one of her children to win the hunger games, hence, why she had so many. But Ula knew that it had to be her. She wanted to be the first. For her mother.

Why volunteered: Ula had been waiting for this moment her whole life. She was now eighteen and knew that she would volunteer this year, it was her last chance. A random girl got called out but before her escort could even finish the name she screamed "I volunteer!" The smile on her face could not be missed. She volunteered for her mother. She wanted her to do this. It was her final word. Win. So that's exactly what she will do.

Weapon of choice: Ula loves spears and swords. She laughs at the way the spears turn the tributes into human kebabs and the feeling she gets when two swords clash against each other. I guess it's like how a little girl loves her pony type of feeling. Although they are her favourite weapons she can use practically any weapon. Well, except for Shurikens. She hates those and always gets cut when trying to use them.
Backstory: when Ula's mum died she was 2 so she didn't know much about her but when she left, it felt like half of her heart had too. She never knows why but ever since her death she has never felt whole. Her brothers are twins and are 11 years old and can't wait to go into the hunger games as they too want to be the one that wins for mother. Her sister is a little different though. She's not a big fan of the hunger games and she has one of the kindest hearts you could find in the district. She has taught Ula that she too has a kind side and this helps her control her anger. Her sister is now 19 so she is glad not to be in the reaping any more. Ula has grown up in a mixture of calmness and brutal ness. The boys seem to always rant about the hunger games while her sister and mother weren't so rough but still very encouraging. Which has left her in between. But she loves them dearly.
