[TW: r*pe/sexual assault]

Since the gym encounter on Saturday, I had spent countless hours trying to think of ways to drive Shawn crazy. However, now it was Monday and I still had no plan - so until I had one I decided to stick to the tight pencil skirts and low-cut blouses. Shawn had been running late that morning, so he didn't have time to stop for his coffee and my tea. I silently cursed myself for becoming so accustomed to it as I walked into the break room to make my own tea. I finished making my drink and began walking back to my desk, my mind still reeling with ideas and ways to entice my handsome friend. My thoughts were quickly interrupted by a deep, raspy voice coming from the cubicle right across from Shawn's.

"Looking good, Cabello."

It was Lucas. My first instinct was to roll my eyes and keep walking, but then it hit me. This would be my plan: flirt with another guy right in front of Shawn - play hard to get. I took a few more steps in Lucas' direction before putting on my best flirty voice.

"Thanks, Lucas. You're not looking too bad yourself," I said, flipping my hair over my shoulder. I wasn't necessarily lying - Lucas was very attractive. He was tall, muscular, blonde, tan - he was pretty much the embodiment of every stereotypical 'surfer dude' you've ever seen. Every girl in the office drooled over him. I couldn't deny that he was good looking, but he was also a total dick with no respect for anyone around him. Major turn-off. I noticed his eyes making their way from my eyes, to my lips, to my chest and to my hips before finally landing on my legs.

"Is that a new skirt?" He inquired, definitely not actually caring about how recently I had purchased my outfit. I'm pretty sure I heard Shawn scoff at Lucas' question. Clearly this tactic was working on Shawn, so against my better judgement I continued the flirt fest with Lucas.

"Yeah, do you like it?" I questioned, twirling so he could get a 360 view of the garment. His eyes were glued to my ass as he bit his bottom lip.

"I do like it...but I think I'd like it better on the floor," he whispered slowly. Shawn immediately cleared his throat and jumped out of his chair, heading towards that bathroom. Mission accomplished.

With the satisfaction of knowing that I had made Shawn sufficiently jealous, I happily ended Lucas and I's conversation and returned to my desk.

Shawn sat across from me at our meeting that morning. I could feel his eyes burning into my skin. I had caught him staring at me a few times in the past, but never for this long. His eyes were locked onto me for nearly the entirety of the meeting that day. I couldn't help but wonder if he could tell how he made me feel; knowing he was staring at me made butterflies erupt in my stomach and chest. Shit was starting to get real and suddenly I was feeling a lot less brave than I had been before.

The clock hit 5 o'clock and everyone rushed to the door, desperate to leave. I had a few more things to finish up so I stayed about 20 minutes later than the others. Once I had finally wrapped things up for the day, I stood up and began to gather my things to leave.

"Hey Cabello! Leaving so soon?" Lucas exclaimed, standing up from his desk. Thinking I had been alone, his presence startled me.

"I-I didn't know anyone else was still here..." I stammered as he walked over to where I stood.

"Well, I didn't really need to stay late...but I was hoping to get some alone time with you." He kept getting closer and closer to me until he had backed me into the corner of my cubicle, our faces just inches apart from each other. My breathing was unsteady and my knees were shaking. I was okay with this when it was harmless flirting, but now that he was trying to make a move I was terrified of him. His hands suddenly flew to my butt, pulling my hips against his. I gasped in shock before trying to get away.

"I-I really need to get home, it's late and I'm exhaust-" Before I could even finish my sentence, his lips were attacking me - his tongue managing to force it's way into my mouth. I put my hands on his chest and tried to push him away but he was too strong. He grabbed me by the wrists and slammed me completely against the cubicle wall.

"I've been waiting for this moment all day, I'm not letting you make up excuses now." He demanded before turning me around and bending me over my desk. I tried to kick my leg back in self defense, but with the position I was in there wasn't much strength to my attempt. I heard him let out a deep laugh and I nearly threw up at the sound. He liked this; he liked knowing I didn't want it. He harshly tugged down the zipper of my skirt and let it fall around my ankles, delivering a hard slap to my butt which caused the tears I had been containing to begin falling freely. He grabbed my arms and lifted my torso back up so I was standing again. I stayed like this just long enough for him to rip the shirt off my back before bending me over my desk again. I couldn't see him, but I could hear the rustling of his belt and pants. My knees were shaking as I awaited the torture I knew he was about to put me through.

He gave no warning before slamming himself into me. He was rough and relentless. I let out a sob and he responded with a moan, validating that he did in fact enjoy knowing that I didn't want this. It didn't last long, but it felt like it lasted forever. He let out a satisfied sigh as he pulled out of me, giving one last harsh sting to my left butt cheek.

I fell to the floor and began sobbing. In between cries I heard his voice again.

"Until next time, Cabello!" He shouted as he walked out of the door. It wasn't worth it; making Shawn jealous wasn't worth this. I laid there on the floor, naked and bruised, sobbing about the events that had just taken place. This is a nightmare, right? This has to be a nightmare.

Just minutes later I heard the door open again. I heard the footsteps make their way all the way from the door to right by where I lay. My back was turned to them, so I couldn't see who it was but I had a gut-wrenching feeling that it was Lucas, returning for more.

"P-p-please, please d-don't hurt me again," I said between sobs.

"Camila?" I felt a warm hand caress my shoulder.

"C-Camila, what the hell happened to you?" I knew that voice. I began sobbing even harder, his mere presence making me feel safe enough to process the events that had just taken place. I turned over to look at him, his facial expression was a mixture of heartbreak and rage.

"Please just get me out of here," I whimpered.
