[Camila's POV]

We were more than halfway through our vacation and Shawn still hadn't proposed. I was starting to get antsy. I'm notoriously a horrible secret keeper, so having to pretend like I didn't find the ring was absolutely killing me. We had planned out a bunch of different activities to do while we were in Bali though, so that helped keep my mind off of the impending engagement. We visited the Ulun Danu Temple, went snorkeling in Amed, hung out with some monkeys at the aptly named "Monkey Forest", strolled around the Bali Zoo, and even got a tour of a local chocolate factory.

As we stood hand-in-hand in front of the Gitgit waterfall during one of our many adventures, I thought for sure he was about to get down on one knee - and technically he did - but it was only to tie his shoe so he wouldn't trip on the rocks. Go figure.

Before I knew it, it was our last night in Bali and left hand was still ring-less. I knew I shouldn't get my hopes up, but I couldn't ignore the possibility that this being our last night meant that it was going to happen tonight. My mind ran wild with possibilities as I stood in the shower shampooing my hair. After showering, I brushed my teeth and combed out my hair. The humidity made it pretty much useless to spend any amount of time styling my hair, so I opted for my natural air dried curls most days. I threw on my robe and walked out into the room to get an outfit for dinner.

"Hey babe...I've got a little surprise planned for tonight. Nothing too fancy, but I think you should dress up for dinner," Shawn suggested nonchalantly. Oh shit. This is really happening. I tried to contain my giddiness and replied as naturally as possible.

"A surprise? You know I love surprises..." I said sweetly as I walked over and gave him a quick kiss. I hadn't necessarily planned on needing to dress up for anything when I was packing, but luckily I did bring a nicer dress just in case. Sometimes over packing worked in my favor. It was a simple brown, silk, ruffle wrap dress.

I slipped it on and walked out so Shawn could see me

I slipped it on and walked out so Shawn could see me.

"Does this work?" I asked, already knowing his answer. I couldn't help but laugh when his jaw literally dropped open.
