[Smut Warning]

[Camila's POV]

The morning sun peered through the window as the sound of Hazel babbling to herself in her crib echoed through the baby monitor on my bedside table. Waking up to Shawn's side of the bed being cold and empty made my heart ache, especially since today was our two year wedding anniversary. Still I knew that this business trip was one that he couldn't skip, and it wasn't like I wouldn't get to see him at all. He was coming home later in the afternoon so we could spend the evening together and still celebrate our anniversary.

I spent the morning tidying the house and taking care of Hazel, playing some of my favorite Disney songs and dancing around the house as I did so. My phone rang and I ran over to answer it, expecting it to be Shawn needing picked up from the airport.

"Hey hottie," I answered after seeing that it was in fact Shawn calling me.

"Hi..." he said sadly. "Listen, babe...I'm so sorry but my flight just got canceled. I'm...I'm not going to make it home today. I'm really, really sorry. You know I would be there if I could...I hate that this is happening on our anniversary. I'm so sorry..."

"It's okay," I said as tears began to well up in my eyes. I tried my best to mask the emotion in my voice, but it was useless. He knew me too well.

"Please don't cry, baby...I know this sucks but I'll get to see you tomorrow!"

"I know, I know...I just really miss you."

"I miss you too," he sighed into the phone. "Only one more day...maybe we can have a FaceTime date later tonight? Just because I can't be there in person doesn't mean we can't still celebrate."

"Of course...I'll talk to you then."

"I love you, Camila. Always." I quickly wiped a tear that had fallen from my eye before responding.

"I know. I love you too. Always." I hung up the phone and looked over at my adorable little girl. "Looks like it's just us again tonight, kiddo."

Shawn did hold true to his promise of our FaceTime date which did help to make my dinner feel a bit less lonely. But still, it broke my heart that we weren't able to spend our anniversary together physically. A couple hours after dinner, I put Hazel to bed and poured myself a glass of wine.

This was definitely not the way I had envisioned spending our second anniversary and what was supposed to be our first night together in a week. Deciding to take matters into my own hands (literally), I walked back to our bedroom and shut the door. If I couldn't actually be with him on our anniversary I could at least pretend like I had him. I slid my clothes off and laid on our bed, my fingers slowly trailing across my bare skin. I traced my fingers delicately across my collar bone before sliding them down and brushing them across my hardened nipples while wishing my hands were his. I pinched and rolled my nipples between my finger tips, gasping with pleasure as my hips hungrily bucked up against nothing. I began moving one of my hands down to my core while the other continued to massage my own breasts. I ran my fingers through my slick folds, quietly moaning at the feeling and wishing my husband's tongue was down there instead of my hand. I was aching for release, and although I knew it would never make me feel as good as he always did, it was all I had—so I opened up the drawer of my nightstand and pulled out my baby blue vibrator. I ran the device through my folds, coating it in my arousal before turning it on. I pressed the vibrating device against my clit as I gasped and moaned at the pleasure I was feeling. My core was practically begging to be filled but the stimulation on my clit felt too good to stop. I could feel myself nearing my climax so I pressed the vibrator harder against my clit as I moved it in small circles. Within seconds my back was arched up off of the bed as I tried to stifle my moans. As soon as my orgasm subsided I slid the device into myself, closing my eyes and pretending that it was my husband thrusting into me instead.

[Shawn's POV]

I had found out shortly before our FaceTime date that I would in fact be able to get home tonight. My original flight had been canceled, but I was able to book another one so although I wasn't getting home as early as I had originally planned, I was still getting home in time to celebrate our anniversary. I decided to keep it a surprise, so when I landed back at home I called an Uber and had them take me back to our house. As I walked through the house I noticed that the lights were off and Camila was nowhere to be found, so I assumed she had already went to bed. I was just about to open the door to our bedroom when I heard a muffled moan and a quiet buzzing sound. I raised my eyebrows in surprise and slowly and quietly opened the door. Her legs were spread open and her head thrown back in ecstasy as she pumped her vibrator into herself. I debated saying something to make her aware that I was there, but the sight was too good to interrupt. So instead I watched her as she continued to get herself off. My cock twitched in my pants as I noticed the slick juices that were coating the toy. I could tell she was close by the way she kept squeezing her thighs shut and they way her quiet gasps turned into loud, shuddering moans. Her back arched up off of the bed and she cried out as her orgasm took over her body, a gush of wetness spilling out and coating the toy. She kept her eyes shut as she came down from her high, panting heavily as she turned off her vibrator.

"So apparently we both got an anniversary surprise..." I joked, finally making her realize that I had been standing there watching her nearly the entire time. Her eyes shot open as she sat up and attempted to cover herself in embarrassment.

"What?! What are you doing here? I thought your flight got canceled?"

"It did," I said as I walked towards her while taking off my shirt. "But I was able to catch a different flight. I thought I'd surprise you so we could celebrate our anniversary together...but it looks like you had a celebration of your own." I was standing right next to the bed where she was now laying down again. I gently grazed my fingers over her skin. "Do you want more? Or are you done for the night?"

"I need more," she gasped as I dipped my fingers between her folds. "I need you." Within seconds I was completely naked and on top of her, thrusting into her as we finally got to celebrate the right way. After we had completely worn each other out, we laid in bed next to each other and made up for all of the sweet, tender kisses that we hadn't got to share for the past week.

"Do you want your anniversary gift?" I asked Camila. She gave me a questioning look before nodding. I pulled her up off of the bed and slipped my underwear back on as she pulled my t-shirt over her head. She grabbed the baby monitor off of the nightstand as I took her by the hand and lead her out to the garage. As soon as we stepped into the garage she knew what the surprise was going to be and gave me her signature "you didn't have to do this" look. I pulled down the steps to the attic and followed her up. Just as I had promised before we moved, I recreated her little library/piano room for her in this house, and again somehow managed to do it without her realizing. We sat down at the piano bench together as her fingers lazily danced over the keys.

"I really don't deserve you," she whispered as she laid her head on my shoulder.

"Yes, you do. We deserve each other...we deserve all of this." She sighed and lifted her head from my shoulder to look at me.

"I am so madly in love with you. Like...I genuinely don't know what I would do without you," she cooed, her face just centimeters away from mine.

"The feeling is mutual, cutie." I leaned in to connect our lips but the second they touched we heard Hazel start crying through the baby monitor, causing both Camila and I to chuckle at her impeccable timing.

"It really is crazy how she does that," Camila laughed as she stood up from the bench.

"There's no one I'd rather be interrupted by." I followed Camila down the steps as we made our way into Hazel's nursery. Going a full week without holding her in my arms was absolute hell, but standing in her room with both her and my wife in the middle of the night made me realize just how lucky I really was—and how I really couldn't picture my life any other way. Even if I could, I wouldn't want to. As long as I had them, I had everything I needed.
