[Smut Warning]

[Camila's POV]

The drive home from the airport was mostly spent recounting the happenings of my trip to my parents' house, with the occasional break to sing at the top of my lungs whenever an exceptionally good song would come on the radio. I sang my heart out to 'Physical' by Dua Lipa, dramatically dancing along and pointing at Shawn whenever the line "who needs to go to sleep when I've got you next to me" came on. He just laughed and shook his head at my antics.

"You're insane, you know that right?" he questioned with a chuckle.

"Yes, but you love it."

"I really do," he said as we both laughed.

"My parents are so excited for Christmas, they can't wait to meet you. They already love you. I think Sofi is coming, too! God, it was so hard to keep it a secret that we're engaged..." my voice trailed off.

"Speaking of..." he said slyly as he pulled the ring box out of the glove compartment. "Would you like to be my fiancée again?" I took the ring and slid it back onto my finger where it belonged.

"I thought you'd never ask," I joked.

Once we got home, Shawn helped me get my bags out of the car. I was somewhat notorious for overpacking - and this weekend was no exception - but he didn't complain. As we walked through the front door, my nose immediately recognized the familiar and nostalgic scents wafting in from the kitchen.

"Did you make dinner?" I asked him as I curiously walked into the kitchen. His sly smirk didn't go unnoticed by me. My jaw dropped when I saw the spread of Cuban and Mexican food he had made - it was the exact same menu I had made for him one of the first nights we had hung out - the night we may or may not have hooked up. Just as I made that connection, I noticed the music that was playing throughout the house - '2002' by Anne-Marie; he was playing the playlist I had made for that night. I looked down at the counter and sure enough - a bottle of tequila and two shot glasses. I laughed in disbelief.

"Seriously? This is the surprise?" Apparently the excitement in my voice wasn't as evident as I had thought because Shawn's face quickly fell in disappointment.

"D-do you not like it?" he asked timidly.

"Are you kidding me? Shawn, this is so fucking sweet. I really wasn't expecting anything. You really went through all this effort just to recreate that night?" I asked, still completely surprised. He nodded and grinned at me, the kind of grin that proudly displayed his perfect dimples. I stood up on my tippy-toes and wrapped my arms around his neck. "This is so cool. I love you so much," I said before connecting my lips to his.

"Happy anniversary," he cooed against my lips before pulling away from me. "Now, I believe our night started with this..." He walked over and picked up the bottle of tequila, opening it and promptly pouring us each a shot. We carefully clinked our shot glasses together before taking down the smooth poison.

We spent the rest of the night almost exactly like we had that first night, only this time with a few less shots. I attempted to pour us a couple more at one point, but Shawn stopped me.

"What? Are you a lightweight now?" I teased. He scoffed in fake offense.

"Never..." he leaned in, his breath hot against my neck. "...but I have a feeling you're gonna want to remember tonight," he whispered huskily in my ear. I let out a quiet involuntary moan at his words, causing a satisfied smirk to form on his face. "Don't get ahead of yourself there, Cabello," he joked. "We've still got some more partying to do."
