And used to play soccer before you were forced to quit 3 years back.

Part 1: The invitation

*damn, can't believe dad actually put me on clipboard duty today. That's usually Amanda's job. Amanda's been my best friend since the 2nd grade. I tell her everything. She and I both signed up for managers after I was forced to quit soccer because I tore my acl.*

Dad: Riley, could you go check our recently called and emailed list?

Riley: sure dad

*you walking to the office with the keys as you hear your work phone buzzing (all managers get one) you pick up*

Riley: Passaic Valley High School boys  soccer management, this is Riley speaking?

Dispatcher: Hi yes this is the state office calling to invite you to the national all-boy soccer tournament? It's a 4 week long trip around 5 different states. All financial issues have been worked out. We just need your acceptance letter for filing purposes and your on the list!

Riley: oh wow I don't know what to say! Thank you so much for the opportunity, we'll get that letter to you in no time! Thank you again!

You hang up. You screech and sprint back to the field, you run in the middle of the field without noticing a boy practicing drills. You two bump into eachother.

Riley: Oh my gosh I'm so sorry! Are you okay? Are you hurt? Do you need an ice pack, or a drink? You can't be hurt we have places to be I-

You look up to see Mattia staring into your eyes, smiling at you.

Mattia's POV:

*I was doing my drills and had a good run going along, and all the sudden..BAM! Something hits me at like fucking 100 mph. It's Riley..damn she kinda cute. Oh shit can I say that? That's my best friends sister..fuck. Omg she's doing that thing again. Where she blabs her fucking mouth off into nothing lmao.*

Mattia: Nah I'm good. Seriously, it's fine. You know your probably the most caring and apologetic person I've ever met.😂

Riley:Oh ok sorry. Oh shit wait I just apologized again. Any ways...guess what?

Mattia: what?

*im low key scared, she looks like she's a bout to explode holy shit. It's cute tho.*

Riley: WE GOT INVITED TO THE ALL STATE TOURNAMENT AHHHHH!!!!

Mattia: WHAT? GUYS WE'RE GOING TO ALL STATES!!!

RILEYS POV:
All the guys heard and came running. They started picking you up and throwing you in the air. Your dad came in...

Dad: What the hell is going on here? Why aren't you guys practicing?

Riley: DAD THE STATE OFFICE CALLED. WE'RE GOING TO ALL STATES!!!!!!!

Your dads jaw dropped. He ran cheering and everyone started cheering. You notice Kai recording you.

Riley: Kai what are you doing?

Ale comes up behind you with a container full of water. He shoots up and pours the whole thing directly on you. You screech from the coldness. All the boys start laughing at you then you cover up because your wearing a white tee with a dark green bra. And the water made it kinda see through. Mattia notices and takes his sweater from his bag and hands it to you.

Mattia: Here put this on. You can kinda see a little something that's why.
Riley: Oh um- thanks

You had the biggest crush on Mattia since the fourth grade you thought it would go away but It only ever got stronger. you know that you shouldn't be crushing in the first place because after all he is Kai's best friend. You couldn't help that you got weak every time he got within 5 feet of you.

Mattias POV:
I saw Riley's bra through her shirt. It was kinda hot, but what was I supposed to do, just let her sit there freezing in water? I grabbed my sweater and handed it to her. I looked up and holy shit. She definitely hits different when she got her hair wet. As her big full rose pink Lips tremble, and her natural rose cheeks and..does she have some freckles or??? Fuck. Not again, I can't keep doing this, she's Kairis sister and even then. She's too good for me...I'd only ruin her..
