Chapter Seventeen

CHAPTER SEVENTEEN: BEAUTIFUL

"Ano, hmm?" natatawa kong sabi habang sinusubuan si Ares ng musubi na ginawa ko para sana kay dad but I guess para kay Ares na ito.

"Tama na vivi!" he laughed while trying to chew all the food.

"You said you were hungry, di ba? O eto!" I said, laughing

He's so cute. How can someone like him exist in this world? Everything is just so warm around him. Masyado akong masaya... ni hindi ko nga mapigilan ang sarili ko na ngumiti. But who cares, it's him!

"Your smile.." he said at mas inilapit pa ang sarili niya sa'kin.

"What about it?" I asked. Nakangiti rin siya sa'kin, yung mga mata niyang kumikinang and his cheeks... I poked his other cheek with my index finger.

"It's the prettiest smile and now gusto ko nang makita yang ngiti mo..." he said, grabbing my hand and left small kisses on my knuckles, jesus... my heart.

I love it, I just love everything about him. Masyadong weird na nanggaling itong mga sinasabi ko because this feeling is just so  new to me. Perhaps dahil never pa ako na-inlove sa kung sino man except him.

Well, I'm not in love with him but I like him.

Yet I told him I love him.

Basta ganun. I'm new to this!

"Sasabog yata yung puso ko sayo..." I whispered to myself, "Don't worry, my heart exploded into pieces whenever I see you so..."

Oh my god.

Pinalo ko yung braso niya dahil sa sinabi niya, buset. Ughhhh my heart! "Don't just say that kapag madaming mga estudyante sa paligid!" I said.

Nasa hallway kami at nakaupo next to the lockers at buti na lang mukhang busy ang mga estudyante sa classrooms. Kung hindi talagang pagtititigan kami

"Who cares!" He whined at niyakap ako ng mahigpit.

Oh my god. His arms are wrapped around my waist. Kinakabahan nanaman ako jusko! Kalma lang, Genevieve. Kalma! Kung hindi sasabog ako.

"At least you finally confessed na gusto mo ako... for the second time." He smiled widely.

Gusto kong sumigaw! Bakit ba ang cute cute niya! Rina will kill me kapag nakita niya kaming ganito! I mean Alexander saw what happened earlier at siguradong ipagsasabi niya iyon.

"Tsaka isa pa... I almost forgot to ask you." He said. Nawala ang ngiti niya at humarap pa rin sakin pero nagiba ang mga mata niya, it was a serious one.

"Seryoso naman yung mga mata mo, kinda scared.." I let out a small laugh.

"You're my girlfriend now, right?" He asks. Now that... I don't know. Hindi ko alam kung masasagot ko yan dahil gusto namin ang isa't-isa pero hindi namin alam kung anong titulo naming dalawa.

Now that I think about it, we barely know each other. Besides about sa mga napag-usapan namin, we really should start learning more about each other.

"I forgot to ask you out!" Umiling siya as he closed his eyes for a second before opening them again, "I should've asked you.." he said, pouting.

Look at him. Look at the way he looks and he's now pouting. Ang cute niya! Ugh! Mas lalo pa siyang cute dahil sa suot suot niya na lavender sweater, naalala ko tuloy yung araw na yun. He was cute. He was just perfect.
