CHAPTER EIGHTEEN: FUTURE

"It's so beautiful!" Hindi ko mapigilang mapatingin sa paligid ng buong ice cream store, mas lalong lumaki yung buong lugar. It's been so long but it's still so beautiful! Meron na silang sariling merchandise, and some games.

And meron pa silang mga libro, fashion books and more. I'm just so happy na this place still exists.

Hinawakan ni Ares ang kamay ko ng mahigpit and closed the door, "thank you for bringing me here!" I can't help but smile. Masyadong nang malaki ang ngiti ko but who cares, I love this place!

Yung rocky roads nila!

And their iconic triple seller ice cream! Ugh, sana meron pa rin silang ganun because I really want to eat some of it.

He placed his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him at nagsimula ng maglakad papunta sa counter para um-order.

"Thank me later again well... with a kiss." He laughs.

Jesus. If we're gonna keep kissing then baka hindi ko mapigilan ang sarili ko dahil I'm way too obsessed with his lips now.

"You and your words, you're starting to sound like what your older brother is supposed to sound like." I said, umupo kami sa harap ng counter and looked at the menu.

"Do I? I mean... tinuruan niya akong magflirt so.." he said.

Of course. His stupid brother.

"Hey it's okay, don't even listen to him and just be yourself around me!" I said, pulling myself closer to him, in-adjust ko yung upuan ko.

Tumawa siya ulet. He's so cute. Pinisil ko yung cheeks niya, "Ang cute cute mo talaga..." I whispered next to him.

"Where's my kiss?" He asks, pouting. I sighed.

Ngayon pa talaga and... hindi ako sanay na humalik! Thank god na dumating agad yung cashier sa harap namin, I can't just kiss him!

"What do you guys wanna order?" She asked. And hindi na ako nag paligoy ligoy pa and I ordered agad.

"Do you have the triple seller for rocky road, cookies & cream and vanilla?" Sabi ko.

Tumango siya sa sinabi ko, "Yes po!" She said.

Oh my god yes! Finally. Matagal ko ng ginusto 'to! Rina is gonna be so jealous kapag nalaman niyang nagpunta kami dito sa Ice cream store. Quinten's gonna be pissed about it but eh, who cares.

He's a bitch.

"Pinaghandaan mo ba yung order mo, huh?" He asks, I raised my eyebrow.

"Wala... mahal na mahal ko lang talaga itong place na ito." I said, tsaka binalik yung menu sa cashier at ganun din ang ginawa ni Ares.

I faced him, "Really? So, like in pre-school?" Tumango ako.

"Me and my dad, I just remember coming here after school with him without telling Quinten and anyone, it was so funny! Kain kami ng kain to the point na the next day, nagkasakit kaming pareho!" I laughed.

Dad is obsessed with rocky road just like me, and the famous milkshakes that they have. I mean those ones na may napakalaking whip cream pa and those marshmallows and chocolate syrup!
