You heard the master call out as he walked back into the room with the doctor wondering behind him. "Ah! The Citadel, the heart of Gallifrey. Recognise the old place? I was thinking I might knock through there, put a wet room there, screening room there. Torture room in the cellar, naturally. Oh. And see through there? The Panopticon. Well, what's left, which, er... which isn't much. We had some fun there, didn't we, hey? Graduated. Assassinated presidents. The best of times! But I thought here would be a fitting place to end this. -Oh and surprise he's here too" he pointed to you causing the doctor to rush to your side in panic. She looked over at you in concern but you were more worried about what he would do to her after it all unraveled.

"Doc-tor?" You monotoned much like a dalek. At this point you wasn't even trying, you had let it take over. Your clothes were soaked in the blood of her people and you were sat uncomfortably in the passenger seat of your own mind.

"Y/n? I'm been looking for you everywhere, missy's al-."

The master interrupts her with a chuckle checking his device. "Oh. Oop. Excuse me. Check my notifications. Oh, goodie! The Cybermen are here, at the Boundary. Better extend the hand of friendship. Breaker 1-2 calling all Cybes."

"What ...is he do-Ing Doc-tor?" You asked out trying to move but it's force was to strong on you. You watched him with anticipation.

"Calling all Cybes." There was a pause until a protection appeared. The doctor tries to tug you to move which was becoming difficult but you followed her movements stepping towards the exit. "Hello, Cybercarrier. Ooo, you look rough. Or is that a choice? Don't mean to conversion-shame you."

"Who are you?"

"Right. He's busy come on y/n" she whispered softly with much stress in her tone. You yelped at her grip on your arm but your swallowed it trying to get away without a sound.

"You may call me Master. I want you to think of me as your new best friend. Now, the Boundary between worlds, this beautiful anomalous fluke"

"Doc-tor.." you started causing her to focus on you. You stopped seeing no way that you could both get away alive.

"Come through it. Join me.I have a planet going spare right here. The planet formerly known as Gallifrey."

"...run, doc-tor RUN!" You begged falling to your knees in agony.

"Y/n!" She yelled supporting your fall.

"Ah don't mind him doctor, he's had too much fun" he laughed lifting you up straight. You tensed in his grip not because you were scared but the pain rushed through your body.

"Don't lis-ten" you stuttered barely Audible.

"Come on dear, please speak up!" He teased angering the doctor. "Tell her the truth" the doctor raised a brow at his words.

"What truth?" She asked stepping backwards.

"Oooh Doctor, you see this wasn't all my doing" he chuckled dropping you back onto your hands and knees. You groaned softly looking up.

"St-op" you begged feeling it burning up your body.

"When I said I destroyed gallifrey for him, I was telling a tiny lie, it was more- y/n killed them all" he laughed lifting his fingers up to show how much of a small lie it was. you watch the doctors face fall which stabbed at your hearts. "Oh and now I'm giving it all to the cybermen" he shrugged.

"Why would you give Gallifrey to the Cybermen?" The doctor spoke in small voice not being able to look at you. You let out a small sigh unable to control your body.

"You're about to have much bigger things to think about. I told you before that everything you knew was a lie. Well, now you get to face the truth, with me at your side." He tormented dismissing your pain.

"Do you really think I'm going to believe anything that comes out of your mouth?" The doctor said moving further away from him onto the podium.

"Do you remember this place, Doctor? Next to the Panopticon, the Chamber of the Matrix, the Repository of all Time Lord knowledge. A data bank of every Time Lord consciousness, living and dead. Every experience and every memory. The lived history of our race. I... I destroyed a lot of things, but not this trove of secrets. This is what started it all. I was just playing, hacking the system. I got lost in there. And then I found everything. Ah! Truth and reconciliation time, Doctor. Well, maybe not reconciliation. But time you saw the truth for yourself."

"What truth? Oh!" She tried to ask only for A column of glowing rings to surround her.

"Paralysis field." He states.

"St-op this mas... m..master" you spat finding your words.

"Whatever you want with me, fine. But save my friends and let him go, he doesn't deserve this. Don't let the Cybermen take them. If the history between us means anything to you..." you smiled trying harder to get up because of her words. You couldn't let this happen not if you wanted the doctor to forgive you. Possibly more in the future that was. "And if it's not for me, do it for him. If you've ever loved him, let the universe live..."

"I do believe you're appealing to my better nature. And we both know I don't have one. I'm not going to help them or him in that matter and neither are you. Y/n means something oh of course he does but look at him" they both looked at you as you grunted walking badly over to them both. You limped slightly inorging the pain "But this doctor is bigger than both of us! the history between us does mean something. It's the rage and pain in my hearts. I'm sending you deep into the Matrix to understand the truth of Gallifrey and of the Time Lords. Brace yourself. This is going to hurt." He turned back to her with his now watery, blood shot eyes sending her into the Matrix.

He turned to you. "Right so y/n am a little busy right now so your going to have to stay out of trouble." You raised a brow at his words as he stepped forwards. "I'm so sorry for this..." his knuckles connected to your face sending you back with a thud.
