Chapter 26
"Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" Marissa shouted, jumping on Rachel and Finns bed. "Mommy and daddy said I can't open presents until you're up!"
"Ok Marissa. We'll be down in a minute!" Finn groaned.
"Yay! Hurry up!" She shouted as she ran out.
Rachel started to get out, but Finn held her back. "Five more minutes."
"Come on, we said we'd be down. And if you don't get up, Marissa's gonna come back up here. And we both don't need that." Rachel explained, nudging his shoulder.
He groaned again, and they both got downstairs. They saw Marissa staring intently at her presents, and dug in the second she saw Rachel and Finn.
"Look!" She screamed after every present she opened.
Rachel smiled, laying her head on Finns shoulder. "This'll be us next year." Finn whispered so only they could hear.
"I know. I can't wait." Rachel grinned, pecking Finns lips.
After a while of everyone watching Marissa, Finn and Rachel headed home.
They plopped on the couch for the rest of the day, and stayed in each other's arms.
