Chapter 10

may's pov

8th period.
History.
Finally.

A class that Matt and I am in.

I walked to history class and suprise Matt was there. I noticed that he saved me a seat. He smiled and waved at me and patted the seat beside him. I smiled and sat down near him.

"hey beautiful" he smirked.

"Hey" i said blushing.

That was my first time that a guy actually called me "beautiful". And to make it more suprising, my bully called me "beautiful ".

We held hands the entire lesson. History was very boring as usual so I turned to face Matt and he was looking at my hands and playing with them.

"What are you doing?" i whispered, smiling at him for what he's doing.

"History is so boring, i wanna go home and cuddle." he said playing with my fingers.

I laughed and played with his thumbs. We ended up playing thumb wrestling. suprisingly, mr.hayden didnt notice us goofing around and not paying attention to his teachings.

and me, being the loser i am, lost 3 rounds straight.

Matt just laughed at me for being the typical loser. I rolled my eyes and punched him lightly on the shoulder.

"alright, one last round and we're done. loser has to give the winner a kiss" matt said, chuckling.

"fine," i sighed.

we played another round, and suprisingly, i lost, again. yay.

"sore loser, now kiss me," matt joked as he cupped my face.

i rolled my eyes and gave him a small peck.

"tease," he rolled his eyes.

I laughed and pinched his cheek.

I packed all my papers and books and shoved them in my backpack. Everyone was scrambling out the door to go home or catch the school bus.

Matt and I walked out of school hand in hand and walked home.

"Hey. How's 3.30 sound for our first date?" he said kicking pebbles and swaying our hands back and forth.

"date?" i laughed, "sounds great."

"i'll pick you up" he smiled.

"i'd love that" i smiled.

We arrived at my porch in a jiffy.
I looked at my house and turned to look at Matt.

"so i'll see you at 3.30"i said, staring into his sparkling brown eyes while he looked into my dark brown eyes.

He didn't say anything. He leaned in and kissed me. Not a sloppy kiss but a passionate one. I swear i could feel sparks. He pulled me closer as i combed his hair with my fingers, his hand rested on my waist while mine was on his neck.

he slowly pulled back.

"save it for later" he smirked.

I laughed and hugged him.

"i love you so much" matt whispered.

"me too"

i pulled away and smiled.

"wear something casual" he said eyeing me up and down.

"sure" i smiled.

He kissed my cheek and i went in to get ready.
