Chapter 26

May's POV
Words cannot describe how I am feeling right now.

"YES MATT YES!" I screamed. Everyone at Taco Bell looked at me. I hugged Matt and he spinned me around and kissed me. I kissed back and a million fireworks sparking. Then reality snapped back in my head.

We're at Taco Bell and a lot of people are staring at us , thinking that we're mentally unstable.

I backed away slowly and looked behind me.

They were smiling. Well. Most of them. Some of them were like "OMG so cute" or "awww so sweet" or "OTP!" Or even "i ship it" and some were like "eww get a room" or "attention seekers" or "gross! I could puke" or even "ew she's too fat".

I looked back at Matt and his face literally looks like a red tomato.

He smiled and scratched his neck at the back and grabbed my hand and we went outside.

We paid if you're wondering.

We got to our parking spot and we went inside the car.

Then I received a phone call from the hospital that told me i had brain cancer

My heart skipped a beat.

It started beating fast.

I took a deap breath and answered the phone call.

"Hello?" I said nervously. Matt looked at me all worried. I held his hand reassuring everything is ok.

But I'm not sure that if it is ok.

Matt's face began to cool down.

"Hello! Is this May Emily Smith?" A warm voice said. "Umm , yes this is her" i said. "Well May, I am Doctor Fiddlework. It seems that you do not have any brain cancer" he began explaining.

My eyes widen. "Wait what? So you're saying that I am cancer free?" I asked making sure what the doctor said is true. "Yes. You do not have any cancer. You're blood sample has been switched with another person" he said. "You're test results are fake. You're real test results are normal" he said again. "So... You're saying i'm cancer free?" I said wanting to scream.

"Cancer free. No cancer whatsoever" he repeated again. "OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!" I screamed. "You're welcome" he said and I hunged up.

I screamed. "AHHHHHHHHHHH?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!?!?!?!?!!!!??!!!" I screamed.

I think I made Matt jump.

"Hey May what's wrong?" He asked. "I HAVE NO CANCER!?" I screamed again. "Wait what?" He asked again. "You're saying your cancer free?!" He screamed. I noddedd my head yes. "AHH OMG MAY OMG!" He screamed. He hugged me and we kissed for about 10 seconds. I backed away slowly and smiled.

He smiled and started the car engine and we went home.
