"You're gonna be in the front with Jade,"

Christopher squeezed Zoe's hand, making sure she was informed of everything that was going to happen. The boys were all getting ready to perform their new single, De Cero, live at the MTV music awards. Alyson and Edith were already inside of the venue with Kat, who was surprising Zabdiel with her appearance. The two of them had been talking for weeks and slowly developing feelings, although neither would admit it yet.

"You're gonna do amazing, mi Vida," Zoe spoke, nodding at whoever greeted her on their way past. "Jade and I should probably get down there," She hooked her arm around his neck, pulling him into a short kiss that resulted in several photos being taken of them. He grinned against her lips, feeling his body instantly relax. "I love you," Zoe pulled back, wishing the other boys luck. "Jade, are you ready?" Jade nodded, hooking her arm through Zoe's as they walked to their designated area surrounded by fans.

A small triangular stage was displayed in front of them, rows of fans forced back behind a barricade lining the carpet. The boys would start at the beginning of the red material and end up on stage. Jade stayed right by Zoe's side, her motherly protectiveness amplifying by ten every time she was around the pregnant girl. Plus, the fans could get a little crazier than anyone liked to admit and they were standing right beside them.

"Niña, tanto tiempo," Zabdiel's voice rang out through the air, booming from the speakers. Zoe flashed Jade a smile, both of them radiating with pride over their significant others. Half a dozen cameras were pointed at the girls while the others focused on the boys, trying to capture their reactions. "Cuando dejemos el orgullo," Joel led them down the red carpet, switching places with Zabdiel. He glanced at his wife, smiling a little brighter. Zoe elbowed Jade, cheekily wiggling her eyebrows.

Richard and Erick went next, all five boys reaching the stage. And then finally it was Christopher's turn, his voice melting Zoe's heart. "Vamos a vivir al máximo, La vida es corta y tú eres un regalo," Zoe chewed on her bottom lip, fighting off the biggest smile in history. She lived to watch him perform, it was one of the times he was his absolute happiest. He had yet to make eye contact with her, but that was strictly because he wasn't at the front of the stage yet. "Can we accept all of our differences?" Joel belted out once more, following the pattern of people until Christopher was finally in front of Zoe.

He grinned widely, shooting her wink that made the crowd go wild. "¿Qué tal si nos besamos suave, Y nos vamos de viaje hacia el infinito?" Christopher pointed straight at Zoe, eyeing her up and down in her black dress. She sucked in a sharp breath when he thrust his hips up, devilishly smirking in her direction. Zoe giggled, flushing a light shade of pink. "CNCO," They wrapped up their performance, all five boys standing with smiles on their faces. Until Christopher's eyes locked on the figure approaching his girlfriend.

David.

Jade, confused by his change in facial expression, followed his line of sight. Her eyes widened to the size of saucers, latching onto her best friends rest and tugging her in the opposite direction. "Jade! What the hell?" Zoe gasped, rubbing the spot Jade released. "What was that all about?" Jade glanced behind Zoe with a sinking feeling, now realizing she'd dragged them into a secluded corner. "Jade, what are you staring at-" She turned around to look for herself, backpedaling once she spotted her ex several feet away.

"Hello again, kitten," David smirked, an evil glint in his eyes. Zoe's breath caught in her throat, rendering her speechless. "You're what, five months along?" All five CNCO boys rounded the corner, nobody noticing one of the ushers filming the interaction from a hidden spot behind a giant potted plant. "I always knew you'd end up knocked up," He moved closer, Zoe not letting Jade push her way in front of her. "Just wait, he'll realize how pathetic you are too. Then you'll be all alone,"

"I'd stop talking if I were you," Christopher growled from right behind David, the other boys flanking him on either side. Zabdiel tightened his fists, towering over Zoe's ex with a menacing glare that could cut steel. "Because I love Zobeida and our little girl," Stepping even closer, Christopher was now chest to chest with the man he hated with a deep passion. Christopher lifted his hand to squeeze David's shoulder, the later flinching in memory of what happened the last time they saw each other. "I'm gonna marry her one day and you, you're going to realize what a wonderful woman you screwed over. Because I? I'm never letting her go,"

"I think we're done here,"

The usher who'd videotaped the whole interaction had motioned for a security guard to come over. He glared at David, walking over and gripping his arm. "You're coming with me," Christopher scurried over to Zoe, cupping her face in his hands. "I'm sorry folks, enjoy the rest of your night." The security guard nodded at them, directing David off into the sunset. Zoe exhaled a breath she didn't know she'd been holding, burying her face in Christopher's chest.

"Don't ever listen to a word he says, mi amor." Christopher lifted her off of her feet, holding her tightly. Joel made sure Jade was okay, the other three boys still glaring at the spot David had disappeared from. "You're stuck with me," He whispered in her ear, earning a watery chuckle from Zoe's lips. "I love you both, so so much." Zoe lifted her head up, Christopher surprised to see she was smiling.

"I know, and I love you too. He doesn't have any power over us anymore,"
