Zoe swooped up Christopher's baby sister in her arms, the infants' hands reaching out to her from the crib. "Where's Christopher, hmm?" She wondered aloud to the child, wandering into the living room. So far, the couple had been in Loja for a week. Everyone loved Zoe and made her feel like she was a part of the family, which in their eyes, she was. "Are you hungry? We haven't had dinner yet," Zoe had become rather comfortable with the city of Loja and everything it had to offer, including the people.
"Already ahead of you," Christopher spoke up from the kitchen, popping his head around the corner. He smiled at the sight before him, his two favorite girls in one place. "I didn't even hear you wake up, little one." Leaning forward, he placed a kiss on his sister's forehead. "I would've gotten her, Princesa." It was her turn for a kiss, placing a lingering one on her lips. They hadn't confirmed anything to his family but from the constant touching amongst other things, it was obvious.
"I don't mind. I love bonding with this little cutie," She cooed at the infant, carefully spinning them in a circle. The child giggled, earning one from Zoe herself. Christopher took a few quick snaps of the interaction, padding back into the kitchen. "What're you doing, bebé?" Zoe followed him into the room, surprised to see him hunched over the stove. She then realized he had an apron tied around his neck and a spatula in his hands.
