Zoe was in the middle of wrapping a robe around her freshly showered body when she heard a shatter from the kitchen. It was followed by a long string of Spanish cuss words muttered in her boyfriends' voice, so it was no surprise as to who the culprit was. She sighed heavily, exiting the bathroom and shuffling with some difficulty down the hallway. Yesterday marked her eight-month mark in her pregnancy and it was growing harder to get around.

"Christopher Bryant Vélez Muñoz, what did you break?"

She poked her head around the corner, seeing his phone set up on a live video in the center of the room. Then Zoe spotted a soccer ball and a broken vase, turning her gaze to her sheepish boyfriend in the corner. He stood there with a dustpan in one hand and a broom in the other, shifting nervously from one foot to the other foot. Zoe rose her eyebrows, gesturing to the pile of glass in search of an explanation.

"Uh, lo siento?" Christopher offered, grimacing after. His Instagram live was currently flooding with comments, most of them about Zoe and her pregnant state. "I was practicing my ups and I know you told me not to in the house. But, I didn't want to leave you alone and-" He stopped rambling when he noticed his girlfriend wasn't mad, but instead, she was laughing. Zoe leaned against the wall, one hand clutching her stomach.

"I'm not mad at you, you dork!" Zoe finally managed to choke out in between giggle fits, finding his terrified state hilarious. "Are you okay? You didn't get cut did you?" She sobered up, a small smile laying on her lips. Christopher shook his head, staring at her in shock. "Good. Next time, make sure there's nothing around that will break, okay?" He blinked at her several times, all the while she simply stood there with a smile on her face. "Mi Vida, you're on camera still," Zoe smirked, pointing her nail in the direction of his phone.

"Sorry, guys! I got distracted by my beautiful girlfriend," He apologized, her face heating up almost instantly. She looked down at the floor, knowing his feed was blowing up with more comments. "I have to go clean this up, adios amigos!" Christopher saluted the camera, pressing the 'end' button on the screen and slipping his phone in his pocket. "You're not mad?" He questioned once more, walking over to her.

"No, I didn't like that vase anyway. I'm pretty sure Madison gave it to me," She grinned wickedly, wiggling her eyebrows. Christopher giggled at her passive aggressiveness, placing a chaste kiss on her forehead in passing. "Besides, we really need to baby-proof the living room," Zoe motioned around them, just noticing how many potentially dangerous items they had. From the coffee table to other glass furniture, they definitely needed to give some of it to Zabdiel. "I once broke my nose on a coffee table,"

"Well, that's out of here then,"

"Christopher?"

"Si, mi amor?"

"Does this sound okay?"

Zoe gently tossed her phone to Christopher from across the room, his reflexes thankfully kicking in and catching it. "We recorded it on tour but just got around to fixing it," She explained as he pressed the play button, a song that she and the rest of Little Mix had written weaving through her speakers. "It's called 'strip', I just wanted your opinion." Scratching the back of her neck nervously, she anxiously awaited his opinion.

Christopher stayed silent for three minutes and twenty-seven seconds, otherwise known as the entire duration of the song. He didn't mean to make her nervous or anything, he just wanted to give his undivided attention to her music. And he did, listening so intensely that he had to sit down and analyze every lyric that was sung. She watched him close his eyes since he kept glancing over at her every few seconds out of habit, nervously tapping her fingers against her sweatpant-clad thigh.

"I love it," He finally spoke, looking up from Zoe's phone. "It's beautiful, confident. Perfect," Christopher strolled over to the rocking chair she was sitting in, dropping her phone into her lap. "And so are you," He caged her in by placing an arm on either side of her, Zoe tilting her chin up to look him in the eyes. Zoe smiled softly, reaching up and hooking her fingers through his chain. She tugged him down to meet her halfway, nipping gently at his bottom lip.

Slipping his hand through her hair, Christopher tugged. When she gasped, parting her lips, he'd gotten the response he wanted. His tongue slid into her mouth, expertly moving around the surface he knew so well. Zoe let out a small moan from deep in her throat, tightening her grip on his necklace. He smirked against her lips, accidentally ruining the moment by smacking his hand against her stomach. She giggled into the kiss, letting go of his chain.

"She kinda gets in the way, huh?" Zoe teased, raising a knowing eyebrow of what he was doing. "One more month," She grinned, a smirk appearing on his face. Zoe held out her hands, silently asking him to help her up to which he obliged. Christopher pecked her lips one last time, resting his forehead against hers. "Then it'll be... easier," He chuckled, amusement evident in his eyes. Stepping back to create an inch or two of space between them, Christopher smiled weakly.

"Si, then we just have the matter of having to take care of a child."

"Oh yeah, good point."
