I'm Not Even A Little Bit Sorry

"I shouldn't have said that,"

Zoe pulled out of his embrace, practically jumping off the bed. "I'm sorry, you don't need to say anything." She yanked her hair from its ponytail, allowing it to fall around her like a curtain. As soon as she had admitted it to Christopher she saw what she thought was uneasiness in his eyes. Zoe assumed he thought she was insane, catching feelings for a guy who never actually committed to relationships. Believe her, she thought she was insane as well. 

The twenty-one-year-old had absolutely no idea what to do, now having admitted something to him that she hadn't even admitted to herself. "I, uh, can walk away until you leave or something." She blew out a long nervous breath, rubbing the side of her face. "Yeah, I'm gonna do that now." Zoe rubbed the side of her face, making a move to walk out the door. She didn't hear the quick footsteps from behind her until it was too late.

Two hands grabbed ahold of her waist, yanking her back. The door was kicked shut, her back pinned against it. Christopher towered over her frame, Zoe's hand resting on his sides. "Say it again," He ordered her in a low tone, body pressed against hers. "Princesa, say it again." Zoe took a deep breath, getting ready to do as asked. 

"I like you, Christopher. A lot,"

 He inhaled sharply as if her words of confirmation had dumped a bucket of cold water on him. Zoe closed her eyes softly, eyelashes brushing the tops of her cheekbones. Christopher could feel her nerves radiating off of her and into his bones. She knew it was stupid, idiotic even, admitting your feelings for your brother's best friend. But alas, Zobeida Mariana De Jesus had been stupid enough to do just that. 

Christopher's hands slowly worked their way up, starting at her hips. His fingertips trailed along her arms until they ended up at her neck. He cupped her face in his large hands, tilting her chin up to look at him. Zoe finally brought herself to open up her beautiful black almond-shaped eyes, locking onto his honey orbs. She had never seen a pair of eyes so beautiful in her lifetime, no matter how many places she'd traveled. Clenching his jaw, Christopher himself gave a short encouraging nod.

"Good," 

Their lips crashed together within the blink of an eye, a clashing of tongue and teeth. Christopher initiated it, ducking his head down as soon as he'd finished speaking. It was pure bliss as the moment they'd waited on finally happened, Zoe still slightly frozen from shock. That's what made Christopher pull back rather quickly, his face flushed. "I'm sorry, should I not have done-"

Zoe jumped into Christopher's body, slamming her mouth onto his with much more force than their earlier kiss. Her arms wound around his neck, Christopher using one arm to lift her off of the ground. He worked to part her lips, picking a fight of dominance with her. But as soon as he bit her bottom lip she was a goner. Christopher took advantage and slipped his tongue into her mouth, expertly stroking every inch he could. 

Her low moan was music to his ears, one arm wandering back down to pick her up. Zoe wrapped both legs around his waist, earning himself a low groan of pleasure at their bodily contact. Christopher ached to touch her, every square inch of her, but he was hesitant with the knowledge that she meant more than other girls to him. She noticed his hesitancy, getting impatient and guiding one hand to her ass.

"Shit," She swore when he roughly squeezed, her fingers wandering into his hair to give an unintentional tug. He dragged his lips down her neck, walking them backward onto her bed out of habit. Zoe straddled his lap as if it were her job, letting her head fall back with pleasure as he found her sweet spot. Christopher smirked against her skin, nipping hard enough to ensure he'd leave marks.
