"We're CNCO and today we'll be taking a lie detector test,"
The boys were stacked in two rows of seats while John, the man running the lie detector kit, sat on the bottom left corner. Zoe sat off to the side, behind the camera, watching the shock on their faces as John spoke Spanish to explain how it was going to work. She laughed quietly, Christopher's gaze instantly flickering over to her out of habit. They'd just finished the 'most likely to' interview about ten minutes earlier and were already onto this.
"Uh, if I was on a deserted island I'd probably take Zabdiel," Joel answered truthfully, getting a green light from John. "Which group member annoys you most?" Zabdiel questioned, everyone already knowing the answer. "Like when I'm trying to relax he's always happy and making noise so that's what annoys me," Zoe sucked in her lips, staring at the person he was about to pick. "So, it's Christopher, but I love you!" Christopher jutted out his bottom lip, fake crying through the next few questions. Then, it was Erick's turn.
"Have you ever hooked up with a fan?" Erick grimaced, nodding gingerly. "Yeah, yeah," He answered, John determining that he was telling the truth. "Which group member annoys you the most?" Richard smirked, Zoe feeling a small amount of pity for Christopher when he was picked yet again. "Are you a mamas boy?" Erick almost instantly said yes, Zoe fondly smiling at the mention of the woman she adored. "Who's your celebrity crush?"
"Edith Gonzalez,"
"That's true,"
Zoe giggled when Erick blushed, a lovesick smile on his face. He was absolutely head over heels for Edith and everyone knew it. "Am I funnier than you?" Richard asked him, Erick whispering his reply. "Uh, yes," John instantly determined that to be a lie, Richard reaching up to smack Erick in the back of the head. "Christopher, your turn," Christopher sat down in the front middle seat, nervously glancing at Zoe when he was strapped in. She laughed, giving him an encouraging thumbs-up to which he chuckled.
"I'm a little scared- Am I lying? I'm not lying," Christopher muttered, looking at the computer. "I'm going to be staring at my girlfriend during this," He joked, although he definitely was going to be staring at Zoe the whole time. Erick looked over the list of questions, asking one without thinking about the phrasing. "Have you ever hooked up with a girl?" Everyone turned to look at Erick in exasperation from not correctly asking the question.
"I mean, yeah. You do realize how babies are made, no?" Zoe stifled her laughter over Christopher's blunt answer, four of the boys cracking up. Apart from Zabdiel, who gave a disgusted look. "Okay, okay, have you ever hooked up with a fan?" Erick finally got the question out correctly, although there was still residual laughter. "Uh, no?" Zoe snorted unconvinced, Christopher gaping at her when John determined he was lying. She giggled uncontrollably at the small amount of regret on his face. "I mean, Zobeida's a fan so I guess I have."
"Which group member annoys you the most?"
"I'm the annoying one in the group, cause I'm always laughing." Christopher giggled, fake crying once more. "Uh, Erick," Each boy, and Zoe, gasped in surprise. "But only because he tries to hog my girlfriend, who's his best friend." A fit of loud giggles ensued when John put his thumb up to say that he was being truthful. Erick gaped at him, placing a hand over his chest. "Do you regret any of your tattoos?" Christopher shook his head no, getting another thumbs-up.
"Are you a mamas boy?"
Zoe grinned, knowing the answer was yes. "Am I a mamas boy? No," He muttered quietly, to which John but his thumb down. "I love my mom," Christopher smiled, Richard making fun of him. "I don't know, like everything I do I have originally done for her," He explained, looking at Zoe once more. "But now it's for her, and my little Familia," Zoe's heart swelled with happiness, smiling softly at her boyfriend. Christopher shot her a wink, giggling over his next sentence. "I love you, mom. Although, I think you love Zobeida more than you love me,"
Christopher winked at Zoe, blowing her a kiss. Richard went next, with a significantly shorter time since he was a fairly truthful person. Then, it was time for Zabdiel. "Do you like older women?" Richard grinned while asking the question, Christopher giving his signature ay, papa. "Si, I mean, my girlfriend is older than me," Zabdiel blushed, an uncontrollable smile on his face. "If you were on a deserted island, which band member would you take with you?"
"Who would I take?" Zabdiel questioned, trying to clarify. Christopher leaned forward, pushing his elbow into Zabdiel's back and rubbing it in circles. "Oh," He sighed in pleasure, Zoe shaking with silent laughter. "Definitely Chris," John determined he was being truthful, to which Zoe looked at him in shock. "Massages, man. But, that sounds weird. I mean, he's basically my brother now," Zabdiel explained, nodding to Zoe off camera. She smiled softly, Christopher bumping at Zabdiel bumping fists happily.
"So, I am not annoying when I'm doing massages!"
"No, no you're not," Zoe couldn't help the words flying from her mouth, her voice completely audible since she was so close to the camera. Christopher gasped hurtfully, placing a hand over his chest. "What? You said it!" The boys busted up, Christopher cocking his head at her. She grinned cockily as they all bid goodbye to their fans, making a few jokes with John before ending the interview.
