I'd spent the last three days handing out flyers for prom to everyone. I'd gotten everything planned and it was going to be a great night. I would be scraping the bottom of the barrel to come up with the money to pay for everything, but I'd gotten good deals on a lot of stuff. On the bright side, the seniors seemed to be excited to go, so I expected a large turnout.

As the bell rang signaling the end of our final class ever as high schoolers, everyone, including the teacher, darted for the door, leaving me, Stiles, Lydia, Scott, and Malia siting in our desks. Scott turned, playfully patting Lydia's desk with excitement for the future.

Stiles on the other hand muttered, "No. No, no, no, no. That's it? What?"

"Last day ever," Scott grinned.

Stiles glanced at me sitting behind him. "Well, it just...feels so anti-climactic."

"We could throw papers into the air if that would make you feel better?" I quipped, but Stiles actually considered it.

"Then there's the whole graduation thing," Lydia added.

"I've gotta go to summer school or else I can't do the whole graduation thing," Malia interjected from the other side of Lydia.

"Let's do it," Scott grinned, pointing at me. I smiled back at him, jumping up from my desk. We walked out of the classroom that we'd never have to step foot into again. I got maybe two steps down the hall before I realized Stiles didn't follow.

The lights to the room shut off as I stepped back into the doorway, smiling at how disappointed my boyfriend seemed to be at high school ending. Stiles was still sitting at his desk and his eyes turned to me. I smiled and held out my hand. "You coming?"

Unable to help himself, Stiles smiled back at me, slinging his backpack over his shoulder as he made his way towards me quickly to intertwine our fingers. We stopped at our lockers, cleaning them out. Stiles' and Scott's were to my left.

Scott exhaled excitedly. "I can't believe we're not in high school anymore. Kind of feels like nothing's really changed."

I shoved my last remaining items into my backpack as Stiles said, "No, everything's changed." I looked to my left to see both of my boys staring at me with a smile.

"What?" I laughed nervously, closing my locker and facing them.

"Just you." Stiles shrugged, both of them closing their lockers, too.

Scott thought for a second before smiling with agreement. "He's right. It's you, Y/N. Always has been. I don't say it enough, but you hold everyone together. Even when times are tough, you're there. I don't actually know what I'd do if you hadn't been there with me for everything."

Although the sentiment warmed my heart, it also warmed my cheeks. "Don't get all lovey on me just because it's the last day. Come on, losers. Let's get out of here."

With a shared laugh, the three of us walked right out of school. I was thankful for what happened in the past four years. Most people would call it unorthodox or terrifying, to put it mildly, but everything that happened brought us closer together. We lost some people, but we also gained some. And while I lost two of the most important people to me, my family was still expanded, and it was growing bigger by the day. Not everyone got to say they had this much love in their life, but I did. And I guess that made me lucky.

Not only that, but I'd gotten a new brother. Liam wasn't a replacement, but he did fill that hole in my chest. While Stiles messed with something under the hood of the jeep for a minute, Scott and I walked to the back where Liam and Mason were standing. I hugged Mason for a long second before shifting over to grab Liam tightly. Sometimes I wanted to squeeze him so hard he popped or bite his cheek and I wasn't completely sure why. I obviously didn't do that, settling for a long hug that we shared.
