CHAPTER ONE

also, this ff contains spoilers from the kdrama

a fancy car pulled up at Cheondae High's front gates. all of the students near gave their attention towards the car, the door opened and a petite girl came out. all of the boys' jaws dropped down to the ground, some girls gave jealous glares but some also admired the girl.

'uwa kwon nabi's here'
'damn she's so pretty'
'i don't see anything special about her'
'then you're blind heemi-ah'
'mwo-'
'yah shut up the two of you'

nabi paid no attention to the crowd as she bid goodbye to her driver before walking inside the gates, of course with people following her. she be lying if she says she doesn't like the attention, but sometimes it's just too burdensome

as she passed the fountain, she took a glance at the boy sitting there before averting her eyes ahead. but then a voice called her, nabi craned her head towards the boy who's looking at her with no expression at all

"are you ignoring your best friend now?" nabi scoffed before shaking her head at him, "and since when are we best friends?" she replied before walking off

the boy was appalled at her words before rushing towards her, "damn that hurt nabi-ah" he slung an arm over her shoulder as he gave her a hurtful expression

"go away, you're annoying me" she nudged of his arm but of course failed as the boy placed it back again. "i shared you my ramen, and you know i don't share my food with anyone" nabi stopped walking which made the boy stopped too

nabi gave him a small smile but quickly turned into a smirk, "you probably shared it because you have feelings for me right?" she patted the boys shoulder before saying,

"i'm not interested with you donghyuck-ah, but thanks for sharing" she winked at him before walking off

the boy stood frozen, appalled again from what the girl said before scoffing loudly. "yOU HAVE TO BE MARK FOR ME TO BE INTERESTED WITH YOU" donghyuck yelled loudly, earning judging looks from the people near but he careless about their thoughts

nabi who's a bit far from the boy only raise her right arm - waving goodbye to the boy.

nabi was just going to open her class door until a hand reached earlier. "good morning nabi-ah" nabi returned the smile the boy gave her before saying, "good morning to you too jeno" jeno opened the door for her which she thanked before walking inside.

"you're a bit late than usual" nabi's best girl friend, dohee said as soon she arrived at her seat. "traffic jam"

"anyways, did you study for the test later?" nabi looked at dohee with confusion plastered all over her face, "what test?" dohee shook her head at her before replying,
