"Storm, what's wrong?" Daniel asked.
"I can't control this...Get Jemma." I urged.
Without wasting time, Daniel rushed out the room. In a matter of moments, Jemma barged in with Ahsoka and Zira. As soon as they saw me, they were baffled and horrified.
"Storm, your body...it's covered in blue flames." Jemma stated.
"And you're eyes...they're purple." Ahsoka added.
"I can't control this...Help me, please." I pleaded.
"We'll have to put you in the containment module." Jemma mentioned.
We rushed towards the containment module, which was in the hangar bay. As soon as I was inside, Jemma closed the door. I looked around to see flames firing across the white walls, but the walls remained intact. I let out a relieved sigh. The Zephyr was safe...for now.
At that moment, we jumped again. The entire Zephyr shook violently. Why were we jumping so frequently?
~May 17, 1983~
I looked out the containment module window to see Jemma say something to Daniel, Gida, Tarom, Kina, Ahsoka, and Zira. Jemma then turned around, looking back at me for a moment before she walked off.
"What's going on?" I inquired.
"Agent Simmons was wondering where you got that power from." Daniel mentioned.
"I don't know. An Imp scientist experimented on me." I informed them.
Ahsoka's eyes widened. "An Imperial scientist?"
"What did he do to you?" Gida questioned.
I shivered as I remembered what Zeth did. "Terrible things..."
"Look you don't have to talk about it now." Tarom said. "Just know that we're here for you."
I cracked a smile. "Thanks."
"Gida, Tarom, and I are going to find out what's going on with the jumping." Kina informed me.
With that, Gida, Tarom, and Kina all left to find Jemma. Ahsoka, Zira, and Daniel remained in the hangar bay with me. I sat down inside the containment module looking down at my hands in horror. Once Gida, Tarom, and Kina returned along with Alotren, they informed me what Jemma had told them.
"We're jumping so much because the damage of the missile triggered a spontaneous power surge." Kina explained.
"So it's not Chronicom related?" I questioned.
"No, the Chronicoms were destroyed. Coulson took care of that." Ahsoka clarified.
I furrowed my brows. "Speaking of Phil, where is he?"
I saw Kina, Tarom, Gida, Ahsoka, Zira, Alotren, and Daniel exchange a look at my question. My stomach churned. What happened?
"Coulson used a detonator to destroy all the Chronicoms. But he was inside when he activated the detonator." Alotren explained.
"But if we manage to get Coulson's hard drive, then Jemma and Teckla can give him a new robotic body." Gida informed me, giving me some hopeful news.
"How are you? Jemma told me what happened." Alotren said, changing the subject.
"I'm far from all right. I need to focus on something else." I confessed as I paced the containment module.
"Well, we're trying to stall the jumps long enough to find Deke and Mack." Zira commented. "Because...well, they were left behind in 1982."
