Once I was back near Tony's cabin, Maya, Jinx, Jemma, and Leo rushed over towards me, giving me hugs as they looked relieved. I then realized why they were worried, I must've not returned the moment they opened the Quantum Tunnel back on.

"You're all right!" Jinx exclaimed.

"Yes, I was caught up, but everything worked out." I assured them.

I then glanced over to see Sam standing near the lake next to an old man, who I recognized as Steve. Without saying another word, I walked over towards Sam and Steve. As soon as I approached them, Steve greeted me. "Hi, Storm."

I smiled. "Hey Steve."

"So did something go wrong, or did something go right?" Sam questioned.

"Well, after I put the stones back, I thought...Maybe I'll try some of that life Tony was...telling me to get." Steve confessed.

Sam raised an eyebrow. "How did that work out for you?"

A smile grew on Steve's face. "It was beautiful."

"I'm happy for you. Truly. Thank you. Only thing bumming me out is the fact I have to live in a world without Captain America." Sam pointed out.

"Oh...That reminds me..." Steve trailed off as he took out his shield, which look brand new. He then handed it over to Sam. "Try it on."

Sam took the shield, trying it on in awe. Steve chose the best person to take over for him.

"How's it feel?" Steve asked.

"Like it's someone else's." Sam mentioned.

Steve shook his head. "It isn't."

"Thank you. I'll do my best." Sam assured him.

"That's why it's yours." Steve replied. He then turned to face me. "Storm, I want you to continue helping out the Avengers. Perhaps it's time for you to help lead them."

I hesitated. "Oh no, I can't possibly...Besides I'm sure Sam can handle it."

"That may be true, but I can always use the help from a Jedi." Sam commented.

"At least stay in touch." Steve offered.

"I'll think about leading...but I'll remain in touch." I informed them.

At that moment, Sam's eyes fell on Steve's ring on left ring finger, which he didn't hesitate to point out. "You wanna tell me about her?"

Steve then gave us a mysterious smile. "No. No, I don't think I will."

Sam and I exchanged a look, knowing what had happened. And I was happy for Steve, he finally lived the life he deserved. At that moment, I heard several voices shout out. "Mom!"

I turned around to see Frigga, Obi, Stass, Piecor, Padmé, Hilna, Skye, Ani, and Zira rushed towards me, trailing behind them were Daniel, Cassian, Otara, Galen, and Jyn. My eyes turned gold as I opened my arms, prepared to hug them. After I gave a hug to all my kids, Daniel approached me, giving me a smile.

"You did it, just like I knew you would." Daniel mentioned

"No, we did it." I corrected.

Daniel's smile widened at my words. Jyn then spoke up, getting our attention. "Thank you, Storm. You are true to your word."

Cassian cleared his throat as if reminding Jyn to say something. Jyn then gave me a sheepish smile as she continued. "And I'm sorry for what I said to you before, I was angry and devastated. I was wrong, everyone disappearing was not your fault."
