I honestly wasn't paying attention to the guy that sat down until the other one came to the table. These were the guys that were with Shorty
Ming's POV
My guy and his tall friend looked at Forth and Beam in confusion when they said each others name
"Do you two know each other?" I asked
"Um sort of. He's that guy I told you about" Forth replied
"Ohhhhh the coffee shop guy. Hi I'm Ming"
"What?" My guy says while wiping his tears
"Are you okay?" I asked while he looked away
"Wait you're that asshole who grabbed me" Forth says as he points to the tall guy
"Wait, you know him?" I asked
"Yeah this asshole grabbed on to me as started asking about a shorty"
"Wait Phana you assaulted someone?" Beam asked
"I didn't necessarily assault him. I just asked him a question" He shrugged
"Question my ass!" Forth says
My guy finally stops sulking long enough to actually speak. "Wait so your name is Ming?"
"Yeah are you ever going to tell me yours"
"Kit" he says
"That's a nice name. So what prompted this dinner?"
Kit slides a paper across the table and I pick it up. "Aww look Forth it's the baby. I'm back to being the Godfather. Wait where did you get this?"
"I found it in your wallet when I was getting the money. I freaked and I left" Ming said nervously
"Wait why did you freak out?" I asked him
"Because I thought it was yours. I thought that I got you pregnant"
I was shocked as his answer and I froze
"Hold on a minute. You found this in my bothers wallet and your first instinct was to run away because you thought you got him pregnant?" Forth asked angrily
"Well yeah........So just to be clear this isn't your baby Ming?"
I shook my head no
"So......um.....Is it yours" Beam asked Forth
"No it's not" Forth answered as Beam let out a sigh of relief. "It's Wayo's"
"Who's Wayo" Kit asked
"He's my best friend. Our parents took him in after his passed away.....Wait, you left me after you thought that baby was mine and yours?" I said to him as I was about to cry
"Well since we cleared this up can either of you tell me about Shorty" Phana interrupted
"Huh?" Forth asked
"I saw him with you at school. He's short, he has dark brown hair and dark eyes. He was wearing a backpack with a one piece decal" Phana said
I took my phone out my pocket and scrolled through to find a photo. "Is this him?" I asked as I showed him the phone
"Yeah it is" Phana smiled
I showed Forth my phone and he coughed on his water. He looked at Phana and said "That's Wayo"
