The day finally came to an end and I was waiting by my locker for Matthew Knight since we decided we'd directly go to some place he had in mind to work on our Bio project.
I had been annoying him in the classes we had together today but he wouldn't spill a word of where we would be going.
Jerk.
"Let's go." GG said as the girls came and stood beside me
"Am not coming with you guys today." I said
"You have somewhere to go?" Ly asks to which I nod
"Where?" Nat asked
"No clue." I replied honestly
"huh? You waiting for someone?" Jo questioned
"Yep." I say popping the 'p'
"Who?" GG asks
"Matthew Knight." I say
"What?" "You guys are going on a date?" "When did that happen?" they all speak at once but the second comment obviously spoken by Nat
"Why the hell would I go on a date with him?" I say and scrunch my nose in disgust "We have Bio project together, remember?"
"Yeah.." Ly dragged
"We decided to work on it so he's taking me to some place he has in mind that he wouldn't freaking tell me." I huff
"Hello ladies." A very familiar voice speaks up while the girls send back a bunch of 'heys' and 'hellos'
And there was standing Matthew Knight who by the way had wet hair which in turn meant he just finished football practice and took a shower.
And damn, does he look yummy.
I don't even know why my mind even makes these comments.
"We ready to go?" he asks me
"We are." I say
"Who's gonna drop you home?" GG asks
"I'll walk." I say since obviously Matt is not going to drop me home.
He could. My conscience said.
But for the first time, my conscience was wrong.
I wave bye to the girls and we leave.
We walk and walk and walk until I burst out,
"Are you sure you have parked your car on this planet?" I ask him
"Yes." came his short reply
But we were still walking!!
"Are you sure it's not on Pluto?" I ask again
"Yes." a short reply, again
"Then when are we going to reach?" I huff
"Now." he says pointing somewhere
I look where his finger is pointed and I see a car. And it wasn't an ordinary car.
It was a freaking hennessy venom GT!!!
"That's your ride?" I ask utterly shocked
Exactly how rich was this guy?
"Indeed it is." he grins obviously proud of the vehicle
We walk towards it and he slids into the driver's seat. I just stand there because I'm afraid if I touch the car, it might melt away.
I mean my parents are rich and they own epic cars but hennessy especially this model has always been my dream.
A few seconds later the window of the passenger seat slides open and,
"We waiting for Christmas?" he deadpans
I finally slide in and take in the interior.
God! Now even if I die I won't be sad because I'm currently living my dream.
"Buckle up, precious." he says and the engine roars to life
I then rest my back on the seat and close my eyes, trying to store in whatever I am experiencing with the car. I then sigh with peace.
"Weirdo." he says with a chuckle
"You said something?" I ask even though I heard exactly what he said
"No nothing. Continue feeling my car." and now he is full on laughing
It's good to see the smile on his face. A real smile. A hearty laugh.
The twinkle in his eyes that shows his heart is truly happy at the moment.
"Oh shut it." I ask chuckling

A couple minutes of comfortable silence, the car finally comes to a halt indicating that we've reached our destination.
I look out to see the Cafe, the girls and I come to everyday morning.
"This is the place you were hiding and making me go insane?" I ask
"First of, you are insane enough precious, and secondly, just wait till you see where we're going to study." he says while I roll my eyes at him
We enter the Cafe and suddenly we're climbing stairs.
Where the hell are we going?
"Have patience, precious." he says as if he heard my thoughts which he didn't because I am 100% sure I thought in my mind and didn't speak aloud
He holds open a door to let me in and the next thing I see completely blows my mind.
I had no freaking clue there was such a place in the Cafe that I've been coming regularly since weeks.
