"What actually happens on the Kent n Miller movie nights?" he asks as we get inside the lift
"Nothing really extra ordinary to be honest. It's just like any other movie night. We have it when all of us are together. It was something mum, dad, Jen and Sam came up with when they were in college. We have always believed that family is the most important thing so while we do have movie nights with our friends, we never miss a chance to spend as much time together as we can. Movie nights are just another one of those. A night full of laughter, jokes, pulling each others legs and a lot of food." I tell him with a grin
"That sounds like a lot of fun." he says, with a smile as he looks into my eyes
How does he always manage to capture me into a deep eye contact?

"Don't worry, you'll have a lot of fun. You have literally charmed my whole family anyway." I say
"Whatever you say, precious." he says, letting out a small laugh

"Hola family!" I shout as soon as I enter my apartment with Matt tailing behind me
"Ellyyyyy!!" kitty screams and hugs me, making me laugh
"Mattyyyyy!!!" she screams again and goes to hug Matt who swiftly carrier her in his arms and throws her in the air only to catch her back, making kitty laugh
Exactly how strong was this guy?
I mean which guy with normal strength would be able to throw a 7 year old in the air as if she was not 7 but 2?
But I look at them both laughing and smiling and the scene automatically brings a smile to my lips.
"Stop eye raping him, squirt." Jay says with a smirk, putting his arm around my shoulder
"I wasn't eye raping him, hell I wasn't even looking at him like that." I tell him
"Sure you weren't." he says
"Welcome, Matthew." dad greets as they come to the hall
"Thank you all for inviting me to your family night. Precious told me how important this is for you all. Thank you for considering me family, it really means a lot." Matt says, genuinely
"Awww... Who knew Matty boy could be so emotional. Such a cute little baby," I joke
"Precious." Matt says in a warning tone
"Yes?" I ask, innocently
"Take your words back." he says
"And what if I don't?" I ask, raising my eyebrow in a challenging manner
"You really wanna know, precious?" he asks walking closer to me with a devilish smirk on his face
"Ahan." I say with a nod
"You're gonna regret this." he says, walking closer
Has he forgotten that my family is here?
"We'll see about that, Matty boy." I say, walking back as he walks towards me
I see the movement of his hands and that's when I realize what he's planning to do.
"Byeeee!" I exclaim and take a run to the living room but I hear his fast footsteps following me and my family's laughter echoes through the apartment
