Chapter 66-I have to go to the mall

I walked into the house and no one was waiting there for me. I went to my room and put the donuts and coffee on my desk.

I head into my bathroom and take a hot shower. I needed to wash everything away.

I finished my shower and changed. I decided to take a nap since I didn't sleep at all last night.

I woke up hours later, I went downstairs and no one was there. They probably left for business.

I grabbed some food and watched some tv. I went to the backyard and played some basketball. I finished playing and went inside. I didn't see anyone again.

This happened for a week, no one was home.

It was just like the beginning, I was alone.

It was now December 18 a week away from Christmas, and there was no sign of my brothers. I guess when I walked out so did they.

They didn't come home and it was now December 23, the day before Christmas Eve. I was home alone.

I didn't know if I should stay at home and be alone or go to Disneyland. Maybe that would cheer me up.

There was no sign up any of my brothers or Robert so I decided to walk go in Aidan's office and explore. I didn't care if I got in trouble.

I went into his office and looked through his drawer, information about the mafia, allies, shipments, etc. I left his office and walked out. I went towards the stairs and the door was open. All of my brothers came in with bags in there hands.

I gave them a look and went up the stairs. I guess they went out and didn't tell me.

I went upstairs, and watched some tv. I didn't come down until dinner.

The dinner was very awkward and you could tell there was a lot of tension.

We finished eating

"Lexi stay here we need to talk" Aidan said

Well this should be fun

"Lexi, I wanted to talk to you about what happened that day" he said

"Ok" I replied

"I wanted to say I'm sorry for blaming you for your drug problem. It wasn't your fault, and I should have never said that" he said

"Well I'm sorry I got walked out that day and blaming you for my downfall, but you kinda did cause a bit of it when you took me away from my life, but it wasn't totally your fault" I said

"But, you should have told me that you're gonna put a tracking device in my necklace, and you said I can decided when Robert can come see me" I replied

"That was my fault, when I found out you were kidnapped and when Aidan told me that you were home safe, I had to come see you" he said

"And If I told you that I had a tracking device you would freak out, even more, and you know it's only for your safety. You have to understand as a feared mafia there are people who will do anything to bring you down. Your the one who would bring us down if anything happened." he said

"Yeah I guess" I said

It was awkward, we both somewhat apologized.

"Where were you guys for the past week and a half" I asked

"We has business in Italy that was very urgent" Aidan replied

"Oh, why didn't anyone leave a note or anything" I asked

"We did, we told Jaden to" he said

We all looked at Jaden

"I might have forgot" Jaden said
