"I'm sorry, I don't think I heard you right." Izuku said with his face bright red. "I said, do you plan on marrying my daughter?" Mr. Uraraka asked again.
I mean. Do I? I'm not sure. It's a little too early to tell.
"I-I um. I don't plan on breaking up with your daughter." Izuku said. "That's not what I asked." Mr. Uraraka said, trying to be stern. "We-well. Asking if I want to marry your daughter when it's too early to tell, is kind of like implying if I will break up with your daughter." Izuku said, catching Mr. Urarakas attention.
"Sir, I love your daughter. She is the best thing to happen to me, even better than when my quirk manifested. But it's only been a few months since her and I got together so I don't know if I am going to marry her yet. But at this rate, that's very likely." Izuku said, making Ochacos dad happy.
"That was a good answer. I have one bonus question. You can take your time and think about it, you don't even have to answer. You wanna hear it?" Mr. Uraraka said. Izuku just nodded and Mr. Uraraka leaned in and whispered to Izuku, "What is my daughter to you?" He made sure the girls didn't hear and left Izuku thinking.
"Well, It's time to eat. What do you two want for lunch?" Ms. Uraraka asked. Izuku just sat there thinking while Ochaco answered. "Sandwiches please." Ochaco said then nudged Izuku. "Oh, yeah. Sandwiches. Thank you." He said.
What is Ochaco to me? She's my girlfriend. But that's probably the obvious answer so it's gotta be wrong. What else could it be?
Ochacos parents both got up to make lunch and they left the couple alone. "So Deku, what did my dad ask you for that last question?" Ochaco asked. "Oh. Ummm. It's nothing." He says with a smile. Ochaco gave him a weird look then brushed it off. "It seems my parents really like you." Ochaco said some what relieved.
Her mom then comes into the room with a plate of sandwiches. "Hey there you two love birds. You hungry?" Ms. Uraraka asked. "Yes!" The two said simultaneously.
I really don't know what he meant. Hopefully I'll figure this out.
The four of them talked and enjoyed lunch together. Talking about school and then hero work came up. "So Izuku, Ochaco has told us about your first training exercise together. We want to hear what was going through your head at the time." Ms. Uraraka said.
"Oh, well. I was terrified to be honest with you. I had almost no control over my quirk, so if I used it then my bones break. And I was going against the soon to be class rep and one of the strongest members of our class. I was thankful to have Ochaco on my team though since I already knew her and she seemed to take a liking to me to my surprise. The problem with that test was my only plan was, 'fight without my quirk and hopefully win. Also to protect Ochaco if Kacchan gets close.' That was all that was going through my head." Izuku said.
"What about that improvised move? I believe she called it 'The Comet Homerun'." Mr. Uraraka said. "Well. Her and I made that plan on the spot. I believed that since I had no chance against Kacchan in a 1v1 without my quirk, I would use it to give Ochaco debris. So I did, but I was extremely injured afterward. To be honest, if I were paired with someone other than Ochaco in that moment then we would have lost big time. She honestly makes me stronger." Izuku said, smiling at Ochaco.
Wait! That's it!
"Ochaco is honestly, the source of my strength" Izuku said, making Ochacos cheeks grow pink and making her smile. She was speechless, all she coukd do was stare into Izukus eyes.
"Well, it seems I have my answer then." Mr. Uraraka said while smiling. Izuku and Ochaco just sat and smiled for a few more seconds before finally ripping their gazes away. Izuku and Ochaco kept exchanging stories with Ochacos parents until it was finally time to leave.
"It's been a pleasure Mr and Ms Uraraka." Izuku said while bowing. "The pleasure is ours. It was great to meet you. You'll make a fine hero someday Izuku." Mr. Uraraka said, making Izuku smile.
"I'll see you later mom and dad! I love you!" Ochaco said while hugging them both. "We love you too Ochaco." Ms. Uraraka said. Then the two walked down to the street and waved one last time, then started walking back to the dorms.
"Hey Deku. Did you mean what yiu said about me being your source of strength?" Ochaco asked. "Of course! Every last word. You are the reason why I'm strong Ochaco." Izuku said, looking at her. Ochaco then pulls Izuku into a hug and kisses him.
"I love you Deku" Ochaco said. "I love you too Ochaco." Izuku said while hugging her tighter. Ochaco then puts her face close to Izukus ear and whispers something that makes Izukus face turn red. "A-are you sure you want to do it tonight?" Izuku asked with his face still bright red. Ochaco just smiles and nods before she grabbed Izukus hand and starts running with him.
"You gotta hurry Deku! I want it now, so we gotta be fast." Ochaco said smiling.
This girl is truely perfect. I love her so much.
