Izuku stands in darkness, he can't see a thing. Until the image of All Might in his Muscular form appears, standing tall. Izuku walks close to him and goes to touch him but before he could, All Might turns into smoke and vanishes.
In his place, however, is Izuku but with his first hero costume. In a terrified looking stance. "This is the successor to One for All." A voice is heard. "This boy, who seems scared of his own shadow, is the nineth holder. The one that will save the world, such as his predecessor, Toshinori Yagi."
That's All Mights name.
The image of Izuku suddenly faded away and Nana Shimura appeared. "Hello Izuku Midoriya, it's nice to see you again." She said with her signature smile. "I'll make this short. You claim to know what the 'missing piece is' and I would love to know what you believe it is." Nana said while crossing her arms.
I see, so this is to see if I've unlocked the quirk. Hopefully I'm right.
"Well, I've thought about it for a while and I realized something. All Might, though also having One for All, has never been able to unlock and use the other quirks. So it got me thinking about what I have that he doesn't and I believe I have figured it out." Izuku said, confidently.
"I believe that the one thing I have that All Might never actually had was a Source of strength. Yes, he had strength, and a lot of it. But like he said, he never let others into his life the same way I have. I have discovered what I draw my strength from and I believe that's the key." Izuku said, making Nana laugh.
Why is she laughing? Am I wrong?
"I see, well, be careful during training tomorrow. We don't you jumping off of buildings thinking you can fly." Nana said smiling and waving as she disappears. "Wait! Was I right?" Izuku asked but never got an answer as he regained consciousness.
Was I right?
