3rd POV
Sasuke finds himself in his mind. Surrounded by darkness. It eventually lights up and he wakes up. He looks around until he sees a figure in front of him.
Sasuke: (thoughts) Who is this?
He comes to a realization as the figure standing before him was actually him from when he was a child. He remembers this as this was him when he witnessed his clan's massacre.
Sasuke: (thoughts) Is that me? From long ago?
Young Sasuke: (looks up) Mom and dad didn't need to die!
When the single tear drop from his young self falls to the ground, Sasuke is then bombarded with flashbacks of him when he witnesses his parents dead on the floor. He remembers the fear he had that day.
Young Sasuke: Everyone was killed. I had no power...the clan vanished because of that.
Real World
Sasuke groans as he still lies unconscious but, the bite mark where Orochimaru bit him in the neck to leave a cursemark on him starts to release it's dark power. Unknowing to his squad mates who is fighting the Sound Genin with Team 10.
With Sakura and Team 10
Sakura: (confused) Ino...why?
Ino: (smirks) I can't lose to you and let you keep all the cuties for yourself.
Sound Genin: So more Leaf Village Genin worm their way into this battle? They will be sorry. This isn't something that concerns you!
Choji: (freaked out) What is with you two! What were you thinking!
Shikamaru: Hey don't look at me! It was all Ino's idea! What are we supposed to do, let a girl fight all by herself!?
Ino: (laughs) Sorry to get you all involved. But we are a three man squad after all. We're in this together aren't we?
Shikamaru: (smirks) We'll see.
Choji: (scared) Not yet! I don't want to die yet! (wiggles frantically) Let go of my scarf!
Shikamaru: (annoyed) Stop that, it's annoying! Quit squirming around!
Zaku: (chuckles) It's alright for you to drop out, fatso.
Choji's ear perks up. Did he hear himself being called "fatso?"
Choji: Did I hear that right? What did he just call me? I didn't catch that.
Zaku: (confused) Huh?
Shikamaru: (thoughts) Crap! That word is taboo for Choji. Try saying it again.
Zaku: I said if you have a problem with it pull out, fatso!
The word fatso echoes in Choji's mind. If there was thing not to do to Choji is to never call him a fatso or anything like that. Choji turns around, visibly pissed off.
Choji: (pissed off) I'm not a fatso! I'm just big-boned! Screw it! (releases large amount of chakra) Hurray for being big-boned!
Sakura: (thoughts and dumbfounded) W-wow...
Choji: (looks to Ino) You understand this right! This is a battle between the Leaf and Sound!
Ino: (thoughts) Lucky! He's totally lost it!
Shikamaru: (annoyed) Are you kidding me? This is totally going to be a pain.
Zaku: That's supposed to be my line... (thoughts) Dammit. I was told I needed to end Sasuke by the end of exam.
