I had just finished my match when the proctor called for the next match. I believe it was Sasuke's match next. That guy better make it on time. I still want to fight him! A few minutes have gone by and Sasuke still hasn't shown up. Where the hell is he!?
He'll make it through. He'll make it, even if he needed to drag himself here. But, if he doesn't get here any sooner, he'll be disqualified. The crowd get jeering as they waited for Sasuke to appear.
Proctor: Everyone, one of our competitors for the next battle has not arrived yet, so we shall post pone this battle and jump ahead to the next match.
3rd POV
Naruto sighs in relief, knowing that his teammate's match will come later but, opens his eyes when he remembers that Y/N's match was one match away. Now he worries where Y/N could be. The same could be said for Sakura as she is worried for her boyfriend's arrival. She knows that Y/N is never late to something.
Proctor: As for the next contestants, could Shino and Kankuro come down please?
Shino was about to vault over the railing until Kankuro calls over to the proctor that he forfeits his match. The others are shocked to hear this, especially Shino. With no other choice, they call for Y/N and Temari to come down for the next match. Temari floats down using her fan and patiently waits. A few minutes have gone by and Y/N still hasn't shown up.
Temari: Judge, this is a waste of time. Shouldn't he be disqualified now?
Proctor: (sigh) With that said, Y/N Hasashi is---
They were all interrupted when a tornado of flames erupted in the arena. Some of the shinobi were about to cast out the flames until they saw a person kneeling in the storm.

The figure slowly stands up, with a chain in hand. The figure to be revealed is now Y/N, unfazed as he casually stands up with the fire not affecting him at all.
Y/N: Proctor, I am still too late?
Proctor: Just on time actually. With that said, let us continue the next match between Y/N and Temari.
Temari: (slams fan onto the ground) You kept me waiting. I thought a gentleman never keeps a lady waiting?
Y/N: Sorry to disappoint then.
Temari: (stern look) I suggest you flee this encounter.
Y/N: (smirks) It'll take a lot more to get me to flee. Come at me.
