Days as a trainee always challenging and require great mental and physical preparations. Becoming an idol is one of Lalisa big dream since she was a little girl. She familiarized with many singing and dancing skills and techniques. Lalisa Bree Manoban Bruschweiler never thought she will be one of those trainees after entering an audition for YG Entertainment in 2011 when she was 14 years old in Bangkok, Thailand just for fun. Seeing her childhood friend Bambam who passed the JYP audition, she just has a thought to test her luck and who would have known that she will be accepted.
As for Lisa's family, they were happy for her but felt quite sad and troubled in sending her away and alone to Korea. Her parents honestly wanted her to inherit their restaurant chains in Thailand instead of becoming an artist, but after her begging and weeping moments, they reached an agreement that Lisa was allowed to go to Korea and live the life she wanted with conditions, if anything goes wrong, her parents will bring her back to Thailand forcefully and lock her in her room forever(literally).
Lisa also has a brother that is 12 years older than her named James Bruschweiler. He is managing its business franchise here in Korea. After her acceptance at YG two years ago, he volunteered to monitor the company just to be closer to his sister after graduated from his university. Being the princess in the family have it perks, Lisa being spoiled rotten by her family did not make her into snob bratty typical rich kids but under certain circumstances, she willingly being a brat when she faced another spoiled brat. She has shy personality but friendly to people that are close to her, Thai press rumoured Lisa as ice princess as she rarely smiles during public occasions in Thailand and expressed her introvert inner self to most people.
"And 5, 6, 7, 8. Ok, that's all for today. You guys did a good job. Just get ready for next week midterm." Hearing the instructor's voice, the four trainees clapped and said thank you before he left the classroom. Kim Jisoo, Kim Jennie, Rosé and Lisa sat on the floor wiping their sweats on the forehead.
"That choreography was hard. I can feel my arms and legs going to break off from dancing too hard." Jisoo complained while massaging her legs. Jisoo is the eldest among them. For the younger, she was her sister and mother.
"Yes. I don't know how much longer I can stand if we did not stop just now. I want to eat, take a bath and sleep right now." Rosé chimed in her chipmunk's voice. Jisoo and Jennie nodded their head with Rose statement.
"I hope we can get the day off on Monday. It's been a while since we get one. Just one day." Lisa cried. She missed her day off by sleeping all day and eating street foods. The packed schedule they have limited their outdoors activities.
"Hey, Lalisa. Let's go to Hongdae if we get a day off. I will treat you with your favourite food." Said Jennie giving Lisa a gummy smile. Lisa squalled in delighted and hugged her sister. Lisa always has a soft spot for Jennie despite her cold expression. People always misunderstood her as someone you can't approach but it's the other way around.
"Ahh, Jennie eonni. I love you. Yes. Let's do that." Lisa kissed the former and Jennie cringed.
"Hey, what about us?" Rosé added. Showing her pouty mouth toward Jennie and Lisa.
"It's okay, Chaeng. We can make them jealous too." Jisoo tried to coax Rosé and pinched her cheeks. All four of them laughed and teased each other for the next 10 minutes until a female staff chased them away from the practice room.
Lisa was grateful that she found these three people in YG. When she first came here, she knew nobody and cannot communicate with people here due to the language barrier. But meeting Jennie was a miracle because she trained a year early than Lisa and then in July Jisoo came to join the squad. Since both can speak English well, the clicked and became friends.
