Chapter 50: Restart

"Lily..." The tone she recognized and longed to hear.

What did he just call her? Lisa didn't even blink. Her eyes searched for him for any hint of familiarity.

"You are delicate like lilies. Whether you like it or not, I will call you Lily."

"I understand if you stay mute. Everything is too fast... we just get to know each other. But I can't stop myself. I need to let out everything to you... I wouldn't be at ease if I didn't do it. I don't even know my feeling. I just follow my heart because I know you are nobody else's and I'm not tied with anyone either. I'm happy by your side. Everything about you, even the smallest make me happy. I feel alive."

"I will stop here. Knowing that you would say I was in delusional... but that's what I feel. An indescribable feeling. Only God knew. One thing for sure, I like you... love you."

Lisa was expressionless. How to react? She never expected that to happen.

"If you agreed, I want to take you to meet my mother."

Lisa's eyes widened. Meeting Mrs Jeon was a total suicide.

"Jungkook... I need more times... let's be friends first."

"Okay... take all times you need. I hope before the show ends, you will tell me your answer. A positive answer."

Lisa nodded. She readjusted her seating and faced the rising fireballs. Jungkook beside her also did the same. The heat from the sun slowly burning her skin. What time could be it?

Lisa frowned when she felt she was forgetting something.

"Jungkook, I got classes. I need to get ready!"

Lisa ran towards hotel direction with Jungkook behind her.

"Give me your keys."

She reached the keys in her pocket and gave it to him. He ran passed her into her room. The door was readily opened for her. She took off her running shoes and discarded her clothing pieces one by one... Jungkook was standing by the door watching her. Panting heavily from the running.

Lisa went to the door and smiled at him.

"Thank you."

He made a naughty face that Lisa knew exactly what it means.

'Why not?'

Never in his wildest dream, Lisa will allow that. She closed the door and locked it.

After a quick shower and wearing her clothes. She just grabbed any clothes that are within her reach. She held her hoodie in her hands and raced to the lobby. Jungkook was already waiting in his car, she jumped in without thinking much and he drove away.

She was 20 minutes late and felt bad to the trainees. They were there to seek her guide but she, acting like that was so unprofessional.

Lisa started her class, as usual, did some improvement and commented on some parts. However, the trainees' attention seemed to give their attention in another direction.

Their eyes were on the door on her side. Her hoodie was swinging between the door. Lisa only saw the hand, but she could recognize the person.

She left the room for a while ensuring no one caught him behind the door.

"Why don't you just call me? It was embarrassing."

"I don't want to interrupt your class."

"Okay... thank you. You can leave now."

"Have lunch with me today?"

"Sorry... I have things to do."
