Chapter 33: Big Fight

Lisa went to the hotel's café for dinner. She was alone and don't intend to tell Jungkook about that. She wanted some alone time. Their photoshoot ended quite late and he must be tired. As much as she wanted to spend more time with him, he doesn't have an obligation to fend her yet.

Since the café aren't located in the hotel, the pathway to the café was a bit darker with some palm and coconut trees on the sides. Suddenly, she heard footsteps following her. She was a bit panic thinking of possibility a sasaeng has found her. She kept on walking and increase her pace. The footsteps also became faster.

A small sprint broke out and Lisa regretted not calling Jungkook to join her for dinner. She was so close to the café's door when a hand landed on her shoulder.

A shriek escaped her mouth. The person cupped her mouth that her panicked even more. Tears brimming on her both tears.

Lisa felt the person turned her around. She trashed harder for the person to let her go.

"Hey. It's me, Kun."

His smiling face appeared in front of her. Lisa felt relief, embarrassed and angry at the same time.

"Kun. You almost killed me. Why did you do that?"

"Sorry. Why are you all alone? Where's your fiancé?" His eyes scanned to see if Jungkook was behind her.

"I'm not with him. Need some time alone."

"Are you heading for dinner? Can I join you?"

"Yes sure."

They walked side by side and killed time talking about random stuff.

"Shuxin loves you a lot. She always talks about you and your members. Her heart eyes were obvious when you were around."

"That girl is precious. She may seem like that, but she knows how to treat people well. The other trainees are also comfortable with her. She's a ray of sunshine."

"You're right."

The dinner end and they proceeded to take a walk along the beach.

"I heard from the staff that you are getting married in a few days?"

"Yes, I already sent the invitation to all mentors, haven't you seen it?"

"Not yet. I have to prepare for my comeback after the show ended."

Silence. It was awkward.

"It's a pity that you are getting married. I was starting to like you and planned to court you too."

They reached the hotel entrance.

"Thank you for giving me company." Lisa smiled.

Kun's eyes focused on Lisa's head. An ant was crawling in her head. His hand reached out to remove it but Lisa's instinct to avoid him made the ant entered her eye.

"Ouch, my eye. Its sting."

Lisa rubbed her eyes frantically. The pain was unbearable. Tears flew out.

"Lisa, I was trying to remove the ant, but you moved. Wait I have a bottle of mineral water in my bag." Kun handed Lisa the mineral water bottle to Lisa to wash her eye.
