The same person that I need is the one I'm running from

I nibble on my lip as the minutes go by and can't help but keep on averting my eyes to the entrance where they disappeared into. Nobody's in sight and it's making me worried when I have no idea what's happening inside.

With one final thought, I forget about the warnings and them forbidding me of stepping my foot in there. Before I know it, I'm already walking in, trying not to flinch at the loud gun shots that emerge around, repeatedly bouncing off the walls.

Faint arguing fills my ears and I peek behind the wall where I see Jungkook's back as he spits some words at someone else.

My eyes avert towards a man, and immediately I know of his imagehe's the one Celeste met up with. Jungkook's father. With one swipe of the gun, he's laying on the ground with a bullet through his skull, making my hand fly to my mouth to stop myself from screaming. I press my back against the wall, trying to calm my breathing. I wasn't mentally ready to see Jungkook murder his father so brutally. He didn't even think twice.

A fight emerges, and I can't move from my spot, still shaken. After a few minutes, I dare to take another peek and my eyes fall onto Jungkook fighting some guy that came with his father. My fingers itch to help Jungkook because the other guy puts a chain around his neck, bringing him to a chokehold.

Fear washes over me and I look around for something, seeing a metal stick laying on the side. I grip it, feeling my heart thunder in my chest and slowly walk towards them, flinching at the punches they throw with full force.

Right as I'm behind the man who's attacking Jungkook, I swing the stick and as it gets in contact with his head, the only sound is of his body falling limb, creating a thud.

Jungkook's eyes meet mine and he wipes the blood from his lips while standing up. He doesn't waste another minute before dragging me back to the car.

"I thought I was clear with you." He begins angrily.

"You would've probably gotten killed if I didn't knock him out." I protest stubbornly but he doesn't take it, shaking his head.

"You never fucking listen."

"Whatever, Jungkook. I'll leave you to die next time." I roll my eyes and avert them outside.

"That's your biggest wish, I know." He ends the conversation, slamming the door shut as he turns on the engine.

"Get up." Jungkook demands as soon as the doors to his room fling open.

"No," I say, keeping my eyes closed. "I don't have time for your shit."

"Don't test me." he hisses lowly but I ignore it, keeping still and the blanket it suddenly thrown off me. "Get up."

A loud sigh leaves my lips as I sit up, raising a brow at him. "What do you want?"

"You knew it all," Jungkook eyes me, tilting his head to the side and causing a few strands of his long dark hair fall over his eyes.

"Knew what?" I hiss back. "Look, I have other things to think about and that's not you attacking me with questions right now."

"Change your fucking attitude." Jungkook growls, menacing gaze staying on me. "You kept it from me that they met up."
