The longest flight of my life is finally nearing to an end and the butterflies in my stomach seem to be increasing in size as we begin to slowly descend. Sleeping most of the flight, it didn't seem too bad and the ability to lay down in first class was definitely welcome. I make a mental note to thank Taehyung for taking that into consideration. I'm sure with him making this flight a few times now that he knew better than to listen to my complaints about spending too much money, knowing it would be well spent. Plus, according to him at least, he mainly used his travel points to purchase the ticket.

As soon as we land, I'm giddy with excitement and doing all I can not to push past everyone to get out of the door. The flight attendants all wave good bye to us and I'm absolutely thrilled to have my feet firmly planted on solid ground and to be able to go to a full sized bathroom before I go grab my luggage.

The anticipation of knowing Taehyung is in this same building waiting on me has me rushing to get refreshed. I quickly run my brush through my hair and smooth out the ends with some hair oil I kept in my carry on. I powder my nose, add some lip balm after brushing my teeth and spritz some of the perfume he likes on to my wrists before taking a once over in the mirror. I know he has seen me at my worst and still thought I was beautiful, but there's no harm in going the extra mile for him.

The moment I step onto the escalator to head down towards the baggage claim area, I look around for him, hoping to see him before he sees me so that I can surprise him. I spot him in a long black coat, waiting for me near a random wall. My excitement overwhelms me the instant my eyes land on his gorgeous face and I unintentionally squeal out, causing the woman in front of me to turn around with a scowl on her face.

"Mianhae!" I giggle and she rolls her eyes at me.

Sheesh woman! Sorry I'm so happy.

I don't let that dull my shine as my eyes stay fixated on him. I thought I'd for sure stick out like a sore thumb, but surprisingly there's many foreigners in this airport.

Once I reach the bottom, I see him pull out his cellphone to either text me or check the time and I take that as my cue to sneak up on him. With my backpack on one shoulder, I briskly walk up towards him being sure to stay out of his peripheral vision and blend in with the other travelers walking at the same speed. As soon as I reach him, I put my hands around his eyes and the largest smile I've ever had spreads across my face.

"Guess who?" I giggle.

He spins around as quick as he can with his adorable wide boxy grin and his eyes going into slits as he picks me up and hugs me as if he'll never let me go.

"I missed you so much!" He exclaims and I hear the crack in his voice.

"Baby, are you crying?" I begin to tear up myself from his out pour of emotion.

"Yes and I don't care." He laughs through the tears beginning to stream down his cheeks.

He puts me down, still holding on to my waist and kisses me passionately in front of everyone. I know that public displays of affection aren't common in Korea, but I love that he could care less about what anyone thinks in this moment.
