Kira Sohma was not entirely sure of the reason that she allowed herself into a state of vulnerability. The feeling of betrayal and the feeling of lust that overtook the emotion before it. Her uneven breaths have left her lips as she stared at the man above her with both emptiness and antipathy.

The sounds that escaped her throat had disgusted her each time it had grown louder and the male above her also sharing the same sounds did not make her feel any better.

The two both choosing this with consent to get back at the ones they truly loved. It was rather wicked and sickening just how the cycle of their choice was only going to hurt even more. However, the two had not thought of anything else as they both were grieving with the betrayal that happened to them first.

At one point, both had unknowingly shed tears, but neither spoke of the fallen sobs that soon took over. They did not love one and another, but for once in their life, they felt the warmth that they both lacked.

Kira closed her eyes as she let her body surrender to the pleasure in her body and numb the pain within her heart.

She'll never be able to remove the picture of seeing her own sister embrace the man she loved. It was then that the hatred for her own twin grew within her heart and withered the bond that they once shared.

However, the betrayal was doubled as the thoughts brought within that the man, she loved had consensually accepted his own defeat and gave into the shared infidelity.

The only way she knew to get back at the treachery was to seek out the other that shared the same exact brokenness.

Shigure did not think for a second to deny her request because just as she had the thought, he had the same. The weakened and dimness that rested within both their hearts surfaced out of the wounds and reached out to each other.

As they laid in their choice of revenge, somewhere within—there was a question that she wanted to answer, a question that led to deepening her despair.

Why couldn't she have loved him instead?

Kira was just exactly as what Akito was—both lonely, but then again—unlike Akito; Kira did not let the fear overpower her. She was the younger half, but she was stronger.

"You betrayed me first," Kira said emotionlessly holding her reddening cheek from the impact of her older sister's palm.

Akito brought her hands to her head as she stared at her twin with wide eyes. She felt anger at herself for even laying a hand on her other half—but the pain within her chest balanced the emotions of wanting to enforce more pain.

However, as she looked at her sister who held her face with an emotion she wished to never see. The expression that meant that the bond they had was weakened from the start that she betrayed Kira.

Akito's lips quivered as the tears fell down her face. The image of seeing her own twin and the man she loved would not leave her head. The sounds they made together and the way they entangled and connecting as one had her want to scream.

However, Kira placed a hand under her older sister's chin and her eyes marked with scorn.

"Remember it, just like how I have to remember the way you embraced Kureno, sister. Didn't we say we'd share all of our pain together?" Kira this time smiled wickedly as she watched Akito fall weak to her knees.

The pair of twins has been tainted so young and both had their shared guilt of trapping the cursed members. However, regardless of their bond being weakened—the two knew that in the end, they will always come back to each other and embrace the loneliness that they dreaded so much.
