Chapter Twelve

Kira nearly falls out of bed after being rudely awoken by the shouting just outside her and Shigure's bedroom.

She was most definitely not a friendly person when awoken from her slumber and the only thing stopping her from going out and shutting them up was that she was not in proper attire to hide her gender.

It was always one of the annoying things for her, having to always be careful. She was always cautious, but sometimes she missed the days when it was just her and Shigure.

She turned to check the time and groaned seeing that she practically slept most of the day. Though, no one could blame her after spending the day prior to doing her duties as the head of the family. She did not return home until almost 6 in the morning.

A few moments of consideration, she decided to get up out of bed. She was actually slightly awoken by Yuki to join them in dinner, but she let herself surrender to her much needed sleep.

"This is the first time I've seen you in a suit. Looks Great...." Tohru's words was the first she heard clearly after opening the door to the living room.

"Really!? Really!?" Shigure smirking placing a hand under his chin

"Looks like a host" Yuki grumbled loudly and then tilted his head seeing Kira," Good evening, Kira"

"Evening, Yuki, Tohru and idiot Shigure" Shigure pouted at the title, but did not bother to respond back knowing perfectly well not to mess with a just awoken Kira.

Tohru's eyes brightened and smiled sweetly at her, "Oh! Kira, Hello, I've made dinner"

"Thank you, Tohru"

"Oh! Dinner's ready!" Shigure sang, walking over to the table and kneeling down to join the teens, but not before nodding his head to Kira and also greeting her, only to be gently dismissed.

"That, that, Kyo...he" Tohru had turned to hear the loud heavy retreating steps of the male.

"Him!? He's only throwing one of his temper tantrums, don't mind him" Shigure brushed it off, as he scooted over to the side to make room for Kira.

She leisurely sat down and thanked Yuki who had gotten up to get their bowls.

"What happened anyway?" Kira said between yawns asking Shigure who laughed

"Because I tricked him into taking transfer student entrance test"

"Transfer? Really?" Tohru tilted her head asking

"Yes, which means starting from tomorrow, Kyo will be going to the same high school with you"

After those words left Shigure's lips, there was an abrupt silent for a few seconds before Yuki stood up and maliciously glared at him.

"You can't eat, you are not allowed to be close. Get out...!"

Kira ignored the boys as she turned to Tohru and respectfully asked the female to fill her bowl with rice since the younger teen had the rice cooker next to her.

"Mmm...I knew you'd be angry" Shigure said under the cold chills he was getting from Yuki's menacing glare," Listen, Kyo...even after he made it into an all-boys' school, he didn't want to go. Disappeared for more than four months. Nobody knew where he was, but he told me today, he was training in the mountains"

Tohru handed the full bowl to Kira and turned to Shigure "Training?"

Yuki let out a huff as he stood up clearing his side of the table," The kind of training, in which you stand under a waterfall and fight with bears?"

"Mmm...something like that?"

"That sounds more of a question, Shigure" Kira said as she shook her head and ate. She did not say anything more, knowing exactly why he was trying to train so hard. A few years ago, when she was at the main estate, she's heard the bet that Kyo made with Akito.

If he beat Yuki in a fight, he would become a part of the Zodiac and if done, then he wouldn't be confined in the Cat's Room.
