Chapter 41

After getting food on the way back we arrived home. "Thanks for coming with me today", Noah said turning the car off. I gave him a little smile and bend over to hug him. "It was beautiful what you said today", I said sitting back in my seat. "I just wish he was here", he said looking down at his hands. "I know, but he's always with you... he's your guardian angel", I said putting my hand on his. Noah looked up and gave me a weak smile. "You know... the worst thing is... that my parents haven't even called me today", he said pressing his lips together. I could tell he's hurt and honestly I would too. You can't just act it wasn't your son, just because he liked boys. It broke my heart to see him like this, because Noah is one of the brightest person I know. "Just call them and tell them what you feel, because it hurts you more than them", I said squeezing his hand. He nodded and wiped away his tears. Soon after we got out the car and went inside.

I walked in taking a sip from my drink looking around. I walk to the kitchen and after that to the living room. No Jaden. I walked to the backyard and saw everyone, except Jaden. Only one place left. His room. I walked to his room and knocked on the door that moved open. "Jay?", I asked opening the door further. Not here either. I sighed and closed his bedroom door. "You okay?", Anthony asked making me jump. "Uhm... yeah, do you know where Jaden is?", I asked turning towards him. "I think he went to the studio. He said he'll be back late tonight", he said shrugging. We started to walk back to the living room. "But we leave at 2 am tonight", I said frowning slightly. "Yeah, he left in a hurry, I don't know", he said looking down on me. I look down at my drink as we arrived at the glass doors that lead to our backyard. "Are the two of you okay?", Anthony asked making me look at him. "Yeah... it's just... I need to talk to him", I said stuttering. "I'm here if you need me", he said putting his arm around my shoulder and hugging me. "Thanks Ant", I said leaning towards him. Anthony let go of me and walked outside joining the others.

Later that night we all started to pack and I was done within an hour. Jaden still didn't come home and honestly I was worried. I walked to his room to see his suitcase already packed. I sat on his bed and pulled out my phone.

At least I got an answer. He's clearly upset with me and he has every right to be. But he doesn't need to ignore me. I put my phone away and laid down on his bed. I stared at the ceiling thinking about how to tell him. I shot out of my gaze as my phone got a notification. It was from twitter and people were tagging me. I opened my twitter and saw a tweet from Mads. It said: "had fun today <3 @/jadenhossler". What did she mean she had fun? Were they together at the studio? I didn't want to take any conclusions, so I turned off my phone and got up from his bed. I grabbed a hoodie from his chair and pulled it over my head. I took in his scent and smiled a little bit. I let myself fall on his bed again and without me noticing I fell asleep within seconds.

I wake up to someone shaking me slightly. I groan and turn around in my spot. "Ali, get your ass up", Avani said slightly yelling. "No", I stated burying my face in the pillow, that smelt like Jaden's hair. "Bitch do I need to drag you out of his bed or what?", she asked jumping on me. "Stoppp", I whined grabbing the pillow under my head hitting her with it. "Why isn't Jaden waking me up, he's way nicer", I said frowning at her jokingly. "He asked me to wake you, so I did... in MY way", she said flipping her hair over her shoulder. "Whatever", I said pushing her off me and standing up. Jaden really didn't want to wake me up himself? Wow. I walked to my room and grabbed the clothes I had put aside just hours before. I went to the bathroom and took a quick shower. After fifteen minutes I got out and got dressed. I decided to just wear a huge sweater and some shorts under them. Like this:

I packed up my last stuff and brought my suitcase and bag downstairs. I walked to the kitchen and saw almost everyone except Bryce, Addison and Blake. Jaden was talking to Noah and I looked his way. He looked up and saw me. His smile faded and he looked away quickly. I looked away from him and sat on the kitchen counter scrolling thru my Instagram. I tapped on the Story's and it started with Jaden's. He shared Mads' Story in which she tagged him.

I looked up at Jaden and he was acting like nothing was wrong. Addison walked up to me and stood in between my legs. "You alright, girl?", she asked pressing her lips together, probably already knowing I'm not. I shook my head and looked at her. "Jaden?", she said quietly so nobody else heard. I nodded and sighed. "I saw Mads' Story, did you know?", she asked. "Nop", I said biting my lower lip. "What happened?", she asked. "He told me he loves me and I didn't say it back, but I do love him back", I said playing with my rings. "Why don't you tell him?", she asked taking a hold of my hands. "He's been ignoring my question to talk and just not talking to me", I said shrugging. "Just pull him aside", she said giving me a smile. "I will", I said hopping off the counter. I gave her a little hug and walked up to Jaden. I waited for him to stop talking to Noah and tapped his shoulder. He turned around and looked down at me. "Can we talk?", I asked looking at him in the eyes. "Let's go people, otherwise we are gonna be late!", Bryce yelled walking in. Jaden looked at Bryce and back at me. "Not now", he said barely looking at me and walking away. I nodded slowly biting my lower lip keeping everything in.

After all the security stuff and checking in we finally got to the airplane. I was supposed to sit next to Jaden but he apparently switched with Blake, so I sat next to him. As soon as we took off I put my AirPods in and fell asleep. I know he's upset, but this is just ridiculous. And he's talking with Mads again? Like I don't want to be that controlling girlfriend, but we both know she is bad news. After the plane ride we got off and quickly got our baggage. We got taxi's to the hotel and the boys and girls got separated. It was only a twenty minute drive to the hotel. We arrived and we walked to the front desk. I booked the reservation so I went up to the desk. This guy from around our age stood behind the desk and smiled at me. "Hi, we made a reservation on the name Reeves?", I asked smiling back at him. "Yes, welcome to Bora Bora", he said looking at the group and everyone greeted him. "These are the cardkeys, you get two per room", he said giving me the cards. I thanked him and was about to walk away. "Here", he said giving me a paper card with a number on it. He winked at me and I smiled awkwardly at him. As I turned around I see Jaden clenching his jaw. This is going to be an interesting trip...

I thought it was gonna get colder, but this week we have like summer all over again...
