Chapter 52

A few weeks past and Christmas was around the corner. If I tell you I love Christmas then believe me, I do. We live in LA so it's never really that cold. That's one thing that I always 'hated' about living here. It never gets that cold that it will snow. We always talked about going somewhere for Christmas where it does snow. So we decided to go to Canada this year. Everyone was coming. All the parents came along even Maya's and Noah's. Anthony's parents didn't come... Oh, who am I kidding? Anthony didn't wanted them to come. Sam and her boyfriend didn't come either. They were going to spend Christmas with his family. I'm fine with that tho. Josh really missed his parents so he stayed with them with Nessa. We all took a hotel and stayed there. I shared a room with Jaden, like always.

It was now Christmas eve and we all went to Josh's house. They live in a really big house so we were able to all fit in there. We did like a Secret Santa thing. We all pulled a name about three weeks ago and had to keep it a secret who we got. All our parents are really close too, so it wasn't weird. Josh's parents cooked a whole lot of food and it was so delicious. We all sit at the long table they had and talked the whole night. After cleaning the table and doing the dishes with Anthony, I walked the big glass doors to see that it was snowing. "Hey honey", Amy said standing beside me. She grabbed my hand and squeezed it slightly. "Hai", I said smiling at her. "How are you doing?", she asked since it was the first time we talked after arriving in Canada. "Surprisingly good", I said shrugging. "Why's that?", she asked. I turned towards her and shrugged again. "I don't really know, but I feel happy", I said smiling. She smiled at me and hugged me. "I'm glad everything worked out", she said pulling away. "What did?", I asked confused.

"Oh, just with Sam and your dad... and with Jaden", she said nudging me. I started to giggle. "I guess, yeah", I said smiling, "Jaden really helped me and makes me happy." "I can tell, you both are way more alive than a few months back", she said. I nodded slightly, thinking back about that night in Bora Bora when Jaden told me about what he was feeling. It really does scares me every time when he tells me that he doesn't want to live anymore. But I do get it, I feel like it too sometimes. But when I think about everything else that makes me happy I do want to go through. And Jaden is one of the things that keeps me here. "Two beautiful women", John said walking up to us with Jaden next to him. "Yes, you can say that", Jaden said smiling at me. He hugged his mom and stood behind me. He puts his arms around my neck and kisses the top of my head. John stood next to Amy and smiled at me. "I just came to steal my wife", he said looking down at her, "they are looking at old pictures." "Ooh, let's go", Amy said excited. They walked off and Jaden stood in front of me.

"Hey bub", I said pecking his lips. "Hmm", Jaden said pulling me close again making the kiss longer. I started to smile into the kiss. "Missed me?", I asked chuckling as he held my waist. "Always", he said kissing my nose. "What about the others?", I asked trying to get his hair to look somewhat done. "I was third wheeling everywhere", he said pouting. "Blake and Noah?", I asked chuckling. "Them too", he said doing the puppy eyes look. "Awhh poor, JayJay", I said squishing his face. His pout turned into a smile and he pulled me into a hug. "Nah, I just wanted to be with my girl", he whispered kissing my neck softly. "Your girl?", I asked smiling still in the hug. "Yep, my girl", he said placing another kiss on my neck. I pulled away and cupped his face with my hands. "I love you Jay, don't forget that", I said seriously. "I know Ali, I love you too", he said giving me a little smile. I smiled back at him and pecked his lips. The kiss lasted a lot longer than intended, but I'm not complaining. My hands got tangled in his still messy hair. His arms were tightly around my waist and I feel his warm hand hitting my skin. "Guys, it's present time!", Josh yelled thru the house. I pulled away and rested my head against his chest. I hear Jaden let out a groan and I chuckled. "We'll continue this later", he whispered. I looked up at him. I nodded biting my lip slightly holding in my smile. "Come on", he said grabbing my hand and pulled me towards the living room.
