Chapter 6

"Camila shut up! Shhh"

"You shhh!"

"Guys! Stop! Come on!"

Sam and Camila argue as Zach slap them both playfully on the arm before quietly closing the large door behind them walking gently into the lounge where Lauren sat with a pouty death glare shooting directly at all three in unison

"Where have you guys been... I've literally been sat here all alone for hours..."

Lauren spoke out as she sat in an oversized black sweater and thin lace panties tv controller in hand while her legs lay tangled between kicked away covers, Sam pace back awkwardly pulling Zach with him subtly electing Camila as the speaker

"Weeee... went out?"

"Without me? That's so mean?"

It was true.. she was a giant puppy! Easily left out and slightly feeling sorry for herself as the three abandon her to go on a very wild shopping trip

"Baby you were sleeping we didn't wanna wake you..."

"I wouldn't have minded..."

She spoke in a soft high pitched almost sad voice before Camila shuffle off her jacket onto the carpet floor beside her pacing forwards perching one knee onto the couch

"Well we got you something?"

"I don't want it!"

She shot dismissively with a fake furrowed brow Camila couldn't help but giggle at as she reach her soft hand out for her wife to grab

"Lauren stop being stubborn and come see!"

She demand dragging the girl from her enticingly warm bundle she'd buried herself within, she kept hold of the pouty grin as Camila stood her in the centre of the room lifting a blindfold up to her piercing green eyes

"What's going on? Mami! I don't like this!"

"Just wait!"

As soon as the girl was rendered blind the younger wave her arm out motioning Sam and Zach to go and retrieve her gift, they walk in holding either side placing it down a few metres from Lauren's feet before Sam reach down to grab it up in his arms

"So .. you know yesterday you said you were scared you weren't gonna be a good mom?"

"Please tell me you didn't adopt a child...."

Zach couldn't contain his laughter as he raise his fist to his mouth watching Lauren's wondering arms searching for the gift

"Stand still! No! Well.. I thought maybe we could both do with the practice .. and Sam gets kind of lonely when Zach takes a shower so..."

Sam step forward reaching his arms out gently to Lauren's extended grab before placing the gift softly into her arms, immediately the girl gasp loudly as Camila lift the blindfold watching on as the green orbs sank down into her arms

"OH MY GOD! No way... seriously?!"

"Mhmm ... what do you think .."

Lauren's hand instantly lift to her face as she stood paused a small sniffle escaping her palm, Zach step forward reaching to consolidate her gently

"Lauren? I didn't mean to make you cry? Baby .."

Lauren release her palm letting it fall back down over the soft body

"I've always wanted a dog..."

She spoke tearfully eliciting a group sigh of relief as they all step in for a group pet, their eyes falling lovingly over their new housemate, the small toy frenchie sniffing at the many hands paying her mounds of attention
