Stuck To My Bosses( Completed)

Chapter 6

The week goes by in a flash. The twins are trying hard to gain Esma's attention but in vain. She does even look at them let alone fall for them.

Its Friday and Javier and Esma decide to go out for lunch. At the restaurant after giving thier order Esma looks at Javier and finds him to be very handsome. Strong jaw line, broad shoulders and a freshly cut hair. His cologne smells is something dark and fresh. She loves his smell. She wonders if he was always his handsome or did she miss seeing him properly. They laugh and talk about all mundane stuffs.

After their lunch they get back to thier seats. After a while Javier summons all his strength and asks Esma to follow him since he needs to talk to her in private. Esma is taken aback but still follow him to the lounge area.

Javier stands infront of her and watches her for a long time and suddenly caress her cheeks with his fingers and looks at her lovingly.

" What the hell Javier?? What's wrong with you?" shouts Esma.

Carlos and Heath are nearby watching all this. Carlos loses it and jumps to go and punch Javier but he is pulled back by Heath.

" Wait let's see what she tells" snaps Heath.

" Esma from the very first time I saw you I fell for you. You are beautiful, innocent and caring. I feel very protective about you and I think I love you Esma" confesses Javier

"Esma's eyes widens and tears spill out. I am sorry Javier if I ever gave out such signals. I... I do not have any feelings for you. You are just my best friend" breaks down Esma crying.

Javier lifts her chin and looks into her eyes if he is able to see any emotions of her lovingly him but all he sees is pain and his heart breaks. He is hurt, angry and guilty.

He was never rejected by a girl and the rejection form Esma was like a stab in his heart. It's too much for him to deal with and he walks out.

Esma is devastated with the feelings that Javi that for her. She feels stupid that she didn't see his feelings for her. She begins to cry uncontrollable and passes out on the floor.

Carlos and Heath rush towards her. Carlos picks her up and takes her to the twins cabin.

Reed and Ryder see Esma in Carlos hands and panic.

" What happened?? Why the fuck is she in your arms? snaps Reed.

Ryder literally snatches her from him and place her on his lap with her face on his shoulder.

" Javier happened!! He proposed Esma. She was shocked and passed out crying" says Heath.

What?? screams Reed.

" The fuck!! I am not going to spare him" roars Ryder.

" Stop!! Don't do anything stupid. She rejected him and he walked away not able to take the rejection. She cried her eyes out and passed out" says Carlos.

Ryder pulls her closer and kisses her cheeks. Reed bends down and kisses her forehead.

" I don't know this may sound cheesy,  she has some soothing effect on us whenever she is around. I have never felt this way before with any of the girls" states Reed with a smile.

Ryder finally places her on the couch much against his will. Reed and Ryder go back to thier seats to work. Carlos and Heath head out to arrange things for the next days meeting with the interns.

Esma jolts awake and falls from the couch and lands on her butt.

" Hey! You ok!" asks Reed rushing towards her.

" Am .... Am ok Sir"says Esma wide eyed.

" What happened? Why am I here?" asks a confused Esma.

" You passed out in the lounge and Carlos got you here. Do you want to talk about it"asks Reed.

Ryder is sitting on his seat and watching Esma intently not once tearing his eyes of her. He can feel that he and his twin are falling for her hopelessly and he loves the feeling of it.

" No... No sir nothing important. Can .... Can I go" asks Esma.

" Yes of course. Take care of yourself Esma" says Reed. He loves the way her name sounds on his tongue.

MINE!! say both the twins.

The next day the Rogue pack and the rest of the seniors and Interns come to the open field to start off with the ice breaking session and the events scheduled for the day.

Esma looks like a wreck. She has bags under her eyes. She doesn't seem very bright.  She is wearing a jacket and a joggers pant. Her hair is in a high pony tail and she looks breath taking with no trace of makeup as well.

She walks towards the place where everyone are gathered. The twins eyes are set on her and she had no idea about it.

She is suddenly stopped and turned around to see Javier grinning at her.

" The nerve of him to touch her! I am going to kill him right now" shouts Reed and starts to go towards them. with Ryder hot on his heels behind Reed. The rest of the boys tag along as well.

As Reed approaches Esma he sees her squeak and hug Javier. He hugs her back and gives her a kiss on her forehead. Reed is seething in anger. Esma un-obvious to the situation runs along leaving Javi behind.

The next moment Javier is tackled to the ground by Reed and in punched hard in the face.

" Stop! Stop! What happened? Why the fuck are you beating me" screams Javier.

" The fucking nerve of you to kiss Esma!!Didn't she make it clear that she doesn't like you??" spats Reed.

" Look you have got it all wrong..I agree I did propose her. But after she rejected me I realised  that I don't want to lose a friend like her. So, all I want to do is be her friend and nothing else. Please trust me!! pleads Javier.

" Friends or not I don't care. Keep your hands OFF HER!" threatens Ryder.
