BLOOD FILLED BONNIE'S face as Peter stuttered in front of her. She found him by himself in the library, no Marauder to be found on the gloomy morning after the full moon. She figured Remus was in the Wing or lying down in the dorm. Bonnie wouldn't be lying if she said she was tired just as much, but she was on a mission to find out why no Marauder was around.

"What did you just say?" she hissed, grabbing Peter's arm when he tried to run.

Peter whimpered out, "Sirius lured Snape to the Willow last night. James had to save Snape from getting mauled by Remus! I don't know where James or Sirius are!"

Bonnie released Peter's sleeve, eyes seeing red. So Sirius was that mad at Remus, he was willing to send a student, who cares if it was Snape, a STUDENT to his death out of anger. Peter backed away. "Bonnie?"

"Thanks Petey," she whispered. "Where's Remus?"

"The dorm, he isn't feeling well..."

Bonnie nodded, already leaving the library back to the common room. Once she arrived, she saw James brooding on the couch, hands folded together as he rest his chin on them. His glasses lay next to him as his eyes stayed focused on the fire.

"James," Bonnie called weakly as she sat next to him. James didn't move. "Is everyone okay?" she whispered.

James let his head fall in his hands as a deep sigh left his lips. Soon, his head fell in Bonnie's lap, the witch running a hand through his hair as his hands shook lightly.

He sighed again. "I don't know what's gotten into him!" he growled out lowly, keeping his voice down because of the prying ears and eyes around them. "He was upset all day, fidgeting and shit... when it got dark, he exploded in tears saying Snape knew. Saying he told him out of anger and rage, but he immediately regretted it. I demanded him to stay with Remus, not even thinking twice about going to find Snape. I was almost too late, Bon. Snape was already there, already saw Remus transform... I yanked him out of there to Dumbledore. Snape didn't even realize what was happening, too in shock from seeing Remus... was sworn to secrecy by Dumbledore... it was so close... so close," he trailed off, grabbing Bonnie's hand tighter that she had moved to his. "Remus is hating himself all over again. Lily is with him now."

Bonnie sighed and asked the dreaded question. "Where is Sirius?"

"Haven't seen the wanker since last night," James growled out, "nor do I want to right now. Does he even realize what he's done!?"

Bonnie shut her eyes in pain because she remembered this happening in her past life. She knew exactly where Sirius was. She knew her friends would be mad at her for going to him, for showing him any kind of mercy, but she had to. Not because of her feelings for Sirius, no, absolutely not. It was for the fact that Sirius always thought of himself in a bad light, but his friends were always there to pull him out. Without his best mates, he'd just sink into a deeper hole. It didn't excuse what he had done, but it sure as hell had to happen or they would never forgive him.

"Up," she said, patting James's head. He sat up looking at her warily.

"Where're you going?"

"To make sure he's not dead," Bonnie said with a sigh. James gave her an incredulous look. "Don't look at me like that!"

"Did this happen in your past life?" James demanded. "You running off to aid your lover while Remus stays up there hating himself!?" She saw James growing angrier.

She lowered her eyes. "Don't throw this back at me. It has nothing to do with my feelings for Sirius. If you hadn't noticed, James, Sirius and I haven't been well either! I'm simply being a good friend before anything else... Remus has Lily right now!"
