Chapter 45: Super Vegeta vs Semi-Perfect Cella

A/N: as Goka and Gohan continue their training within the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Vegeta gives Cella a beat down, all while Frostwing observes.

Goka and Gohan in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, with Gohan trying and failing to become a Super Saiyan.

Goka: good try, Gohan, but you can't just power up and become a Super Saiyan. It comes from pure, raw emotion! You know where I was when I became a Super Saiyan?

Gohan: yes, you....

Goka started reminiscing the battle with Frieza on Namek.

Goka: I was on Namek! I thought I'd finally defeated Freezer with the Spirit Bomb, but as it turns out...she was still alive!

Gohan: mom, I was the.....

Goka: she killed Vegeta, and she killed Krillin.

Gohan: I saw everyth......

Goka: Piccolo...tripped, or something... It was pretty bad for everyone. Then, she threatened to do the same to my son!

She soon realized that Gohan was there.

Goka: oh, hey, you were there! ...Why didn't you go Super Saiyan?

Gohan let out a sigh.

Back at the battlefield, Vegeta was still inserting her fist inside Cella, who was groaning in pain.

Semi-Perfect Cella: stop fisting me!

Vegeta: okay.

She pulled her fist out of Cella's stomach. Cella screamed and took a few steps away from Vegeta.

Semi-Perfect Cella: not all at once! Ah! Just...can I...have a minute?

Vegeta: sure you can.

Cella: well, thank you. That's appreci.......

Vegeta uppercut Cella, sending her flying into the air, and then proceeded to knee her in the back and punched her in the face before grabbing Cella by the leg.

Vegeta: C... C... C... COMBO!

She threw Cella down to the ground, severing the cliff Trunks was standing on, who merely sighed and rolled his eyes. As this went on, 18 was pondering on what she had witnessed.

Android 18: wait, so I beat Vegeta...

Android 16: data not found.

Android 18: but now Vegeta is wrecking Cella...

Android 16: data not found.

Android 18: okay, do you have anything substantial to add to this?

16 looked over to 18.

Android 16: do YOU?

Android 18: ...data not found.

Back to the battle, Cella attempted to hit Vegeta, who was approaching her while dodging her attacks.

Vegeta: you know, maybe if you'd actually trained instead of gorging yourself on a worthless species, your punches might actually hit a little closer to home.

Vegeta hit Cella, sending her flying down to the ground. Then, unexpected, Cella spoke out from her groin in her imperfect voice.

Semi-Perfect Cella: "laughs" ah, this is an unfortunate turn of events.
