"How's filming going?" I asked over the phone.

"Pretty good. We should be done Monday, I'll be home Tuesday." she said "are you wrapping up over there soon?"

"Yeah, we should be done on Friday. I miss you." I said zipping my bag.

"I miss you too. I hope we get done sooner."

"Me too. I'll let you go okay? I'm getting called for set."

"Okay, love you."

"Love you too." I said and hung up.

"Ready to go?" my manager asked walking into my hotel room.

"Yes," I said grabbing my bags "I'm so excited. Thank you for this, again."

"No problem." she smiled.

I'm in Chicago filming a movie while Timothée's in New York filming his.

Timothée's supposed to come home on Saturday, and I'm "supposed" to come home on Tuesday. I'm going home today (Thursday) to surprise him when he gets there.

timothée's pov

"Leaving already?" the director asked.

"Yes, thank you so much for speeding this up." I said shaking his hand.

"You did amazing! I think we have another box-office hit," he patted my shoulder "now get back home to your wife." he winked.

I grabbed my bags and went out to the car waiting for me.

Y/n's coming home on Tuesday, but I'm leaving today to surprise her when she gets there. I can't wait to see her again.

I got on the jet and sat in my seat with a sigh of relief.

The flight time from Chicago to L.A is 5 hours.

"Can I get you anything ma'am?" the flight attendant asked.

"Oh, no thank you." I shook my head.

She nodded and walked away.

I slumped down in my seat and couldn't get rid of the smile on my face. I wonder how he'd react.

"Thank you." I said taking the water from the flight attendant.

He smiled and went to the back.

The flight from New York to L.A was only 5 hours long, but I'm so impatient.

I couldn't even sit in my seat without jittering.

Finally the flight landed and I jumped out of my seat, relieved to stretch.

The flight attendants grabbed my bags and I called a service car to come pick me up.

"Mrs.Chalamet?" the driver asked walking up to me.
