"Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it."

2 Months Earlier:
Yesterday when I was looking through one of the bags I got from my father, I found this paper with an address on it. I thought the search for the rest of the shit my father left me was over. I thought I was done because honestly this shit is kind of exhausting. I thought I had more than enough but I guess be had more stuff planned out for me.
Here I was, parked across the street from the address. I was hesitant to get out of my car. I was scared to find out what was inside this place. More curious though. Why here? Inhale. Exhale. I got out of the car and walked across the street to the house. It was this beautiful black and marble house with open windows. There were two black Jeeps parked in the drive way. Sunflowers were growing out front and they blocked anyone from looking into the windows. Smart. Roses. There were also roses growing along with the sunflowers and that made me smile.
I was in front of the door now. Did I mention that this house was beautiful? This house had a beautiful front door. I rung the doorbell and waited for someone to answer. I heard laughter coming from inside and wondered who it it is that I would be meeting for the first time and if it would benefit me in the end.
The door opened and there stood a beautiful Korean women. I watched as her smile slowly faded and she looked me over. She turned around and called for someone. She turned back to me and squinted her eyes. Her stare was kind of intimidating.
"Who's at the door?" The man asked once he got to the door.
She said something in Korean and all that I caught was my name. "How do you know my name?" I asked her.
"Mei Zenn." The man said.
I looked back at him. He pulled me into his arms and squeezed me tight. "We've missed you so much. You've grown so much." He said before slowly pulling away.
"Come in. We have a lot to talk about." The woman said.
I followed them into the house and was amazed. I thought my house was nice as hell but they had me beat. Everything in here was just so beautiful.
"So how do you know me?" I asked before sitting down on the couch.
"Would you like something to drink or to eat? I just got done cooking." She said.
"Actually it was me who just got done cooking. She's always trying to take credit for what I do." The man said before playfully pushing at her shoulder.
She laughed and shook her head. "So?"
I laughed and sighed. "How do you know me?" I asked them again.
"She just wants to get straight to the point. Just like her father." She said while looking at the man.
"Ahh yes. You couldn't get anything past him. My boy. We are you're grandparents Mei." He said smiling at me.
My heart dropped. I was speechless and as long as I remember, they were still living in Korea. When did they come back? Where they here the entire time? There were so many questions that I needed answers to.
