Pastel & Black: Kuromi

I don't know why, but I like looking at a pastel & black color palette.

The lightness of the colors (or darkness) really make it pop out, you know? That is, if it's done well. Like all things, you can't use power if you don't know how to use it. Unless that "thing" has a free instruction manual.

Personally, I prefer a light, cool, pastel blue with black. It really works together; more than pastel pink and black at least. I mean, there is a reason why the walls of my room is the exact shade of blue I just described. There's just something that's so pretty about it. Pastel green is a close second. Reminds me of N.

I'mma be honest, I really don't like neon colors with each other at all (seriously, who would put neon red next to green?). Their too saturated and bright, which burns my eyes. Incoming mini-rant coming.

Thanks to some challenge from Kyurei, I had to watch some "Gacha Life/ whatever the franchise is called" videos.

Most were mediocre or just children messing around (do these parents outside of my country not monitor their kids?), some had a lot of potential, & some were just...porn made on a kids game. That's a topic for another time though, and don't worry, I was in incognito.

Many of these overused stereotypical stories had really bad color palettes (*cough,cough* neon on neon) for certain characters (especially the make-up girls) and just bad character designs in general.

There's either too much or too little, it's hard to strike a good balance. Also, why do nine year olds have YouTube accounts? Isn't YouTube 13+ or something? Do you guys really not have age tests for social media websites?

Overall, a lot of these stories are overused, but they're not as bad as...Gacha porn. And most importantly, why are children making porn on a kids game (and adults too, apparently)?

Who the hell gave these people the idea to make them? The community guidelines of AnataRecord states that "pornographic material made on a medium directed towards minors will be terminated with account suspension & investigation unless said video is an investigation of the material", so unless YouTube out side of here just sucks (oh wait, it kinda does), why aren't they doing anything about it?

Then again, they've not removed the channels that promote animal abuse.

Sorry for the rant, it's just that...I'm generally disappointed with the world right now. We really don't exactly have these problems since Google kinda has to implement the 13+ rule/verification for social media onto their websites here because money, but why must they barely do anything about these types of contents from the rest of the world?

Before you ask, search engines are not classified as social media here.

Whelp, that's all. TL;DR: neon with neon sucks ass, Gacha "stories" are over saturated with stereotypes, too less moderation on children's internet history outside of this country, & fuck Google for being too slow to respond to those types of media.

I think I understand why I keep on getting the "How Did We Get Here?" achievement in Minecraft. Gyeoul says that the OG dragon used to do the same thing, but they didn't exactly elaborate a lot on that. Yeah.
