"I wouldn't call it home but alright."
The two of us frantically got ready. My hair was a mess and Draco left bruises down my neck. Not saying I didn't do the same to him but still. We threw charms at each other to clean our outfits still covered in mashed potatoes, grapes, and random pieces of other foods.
Once it was clean we sat down where we sat when we first got on to catch our breaths before the train arrived. It finally did and everyone bustled out of their cabs. We did too as calmly as possible. My hair covered the marks and I had put foundation on it so that part was fine.
"Y/N!" I heard Tracey yell once we had made it to the platform. She ran over and grabbed my left forearm making me flinch harshly. "Wha-" She asked looking at me concerned.
"Nothing." I shook it off. "What happened?"
"Alright, alright. My father is taking me and my mother and my Katy back to Ireland for the break." She said excitedly. She was from Ireland but moved to London when she was young so she was happy to be going home. Katy was her little sister whom I've never met.
"I'm happy for you Tracey! Write to me and I'll try to get back. I'll see you after Christmas." I waved as she walked away from me her happiness making me a little happier.
Draco tapped me on the shoulder and jolted his head in a direction. I looked to see his parents waiting for us. "Let's go." He held out his arm and I took it, stiffening my posture as I approached the adults.
"Oh, my boy," Narcissa said as she hugged Draco tightly. Lucius didn't move at all, didn't even change his expression. It was like Draco meant nothing more than someone who would do his work for him. "Y/N." She said happily pulling me into a hug.
"Hello," I said. I had forgotten how weird it was to act and talk formally all the time but I guess I'd have to get used to it again.
"Let's go home," Narcissa said once she let go of me.
'I wouldn't call it home but alright'
I thought to myself as we followed her and Lucius out and to the carriage where we all sat in silence except for Narcissa who bombarded us with questions about the first half of the year. How the school work was, how far we'd gotten in our tasks, and so on.
We told her we're pretty sure we had finished the cabinet and she seemed pleased for the most part.
When we arrived at the manor we were greeted by Bellatrix. Instead of going to Draco first, she danced happily before grabbing my shoulders and making me walk with her. She would be a lot less intimidating if she wasn't a death eater and didn't manage to escape Azkaban.
"Christmas is in four days!!" She said happily. By now the two of us were far ahead of Draco and the others. We made it in the house. "And the two of us are going to do something very, very fun." A maniacal smile spread across her sharp-lined face. "We're going to kidnap Potter!"
