Waking up tired after a night of watching a horror movie and then discussing random movie opinions till late, the boys more than anything, wanted to go back to sleep. But they lugged themselves out of bed, lazily dressing up and hurrying to breakfast.

It was another day of exploring a popular site before they could go to some lake for the evening, as a cool down. Barely awake, the boys did their best to take appropriate notes during the morning, hoping to rest up in the second half of the day when they would be left at their own devices at the Lake Resort.

But after a hearty lunch and a nap during the bus ride, the boys were reenergized and excited as they stepped out into the sun at the lake.

"Guys, let's rent bicycles!" Beomgyu suggested, pointing to a stall where a bunch of bicycles were propped with a sign that said it was for rent.

"Oh my God yes! Haven't rode once since I was a kid!" Kai agreed.

"Everyone knows how to ride one?" Taehyun asked around.

"Yup!" Beomgyu and Kai beeped.

"Yeah," Soobin answered.

The boys then turned to Yeonjun who answered sincerely, "Don't mind me guys, I'll just wait out here. Been wanting to take a nap anyway." Yeonjun also stretched with a yawn to make it seem believable.

"Or... you could sit behind someone!" Beomgyu suggested.

"Oh oh, or we could go on that one built for five people," Kai pointed to a ridiculous-looking quint bike.

"It's really alright, guys. I can-"

Soobin cut Yeonjun off, "Let's go on that five people one, seems like it'll be fun."

"Yeah!" The other boys cheered happily, running to the stall to ask the stall vendor for the bicycle.

"You didn't have to, Binnie," Yeonjun said to Soobin as they walked to the other boys near the stall.

"I did it for myself, hyung. Because I don't want to see you left out," Soobin flashed a smile as he ran ahead.

And so the boys rented out the five-person tandem bicycle and sat down in order, Taehyun then Beomgyu followed by Yeonjun, Soobin and Kai.

"Okay, let's start in 3, 2, 1!" Taehyun directed and the boys tried their best to work the contraption.

It was a bit before the boys got the hang of how the thing worked but soon they were riding around the lake as the breeze brushed past them.

After the hour was up the boys returned the bicycle and laid down under a tree.

"That was fun," Beomgyu laughed.

"Especially when you started screaming about how we might crash into that bench," Kai teased with chuckle.

"Especially that, yeah," Taehyun chortled along.

"Oh c'mon we really would have if I hadn't told Taehyun to look out for it!"

"Told? You shouted your head off!" Kai laughed, earning chuckles from the rest of them too.

"Okay but when Kai started on about being tired when he wasn't even pedaling," Soobin contributed.

"Exactly! At least I was being of help to them, bro!" Beomgyu commented.

"What do you mean I wasn't pedaling? I just stopped momentarily and right then you had to look at me, Soobin-hyung," Kai defended.

They continued with the harmless bickering, sharing laughter with each other as they watched the sun dip down the horizon. After the sun set, the boys got up and began going around the different food stalls for their dinner.

After a roam through the place, they all decided what they wanted and left Beomgyu and Soobin to watch the table they'd finally managed to bag, the other three went to get the food.

"Are you having fun on the trip, hyung? Kai told me it was your first school trip," Beomgyu said to Soobin as they watched the three boys go.

"Yup, I didn't know it could be this much fun to be out with other people," Soobin replied as he stretched on the table, laying his head on his arm.

"Because you're an introvert?"

"An introvert? I wouldn't really say I am one... but, you know, I've always found it difficult to keep up with them when I'm with other people."

"I'd say you are one, hyung. I mean, you just seem like the type. You're always quiet when you're with people you don't know."

"Yeah, because I never know what to say," Soobin chuckled.

"But you're getting comfy with us, makes me happy," Beomgyu smiled warmly at the older.

"Comfy?"

"Yeah, you were so quiet when we first met... or maybe we rubbed off on you the wrong way," Beomgyu laughed.

"Perhaps," Soobin laughed along.

"Hey guys, we're back with the food!" Kai announced as he ran up to them holding a stack of paper trays.

"Yay! I was starving!" Beomgyu cheered.

"Let's dig in then," Yeonjun said as he laid out the food.

The night was a good one and the boys were tired, full and happy as they walked back to their room at the end of the day.
